Crazy friendly hotel

Great place to stay, staff relaxed and welcoming.

Pros: Stayed many times in Phuket, first time at this hotel. Everything you need for the price. Breakfast was ok, egg station, coffee machine and usual pastries etc. Pool area ok, not many beds around the pool but never got busy so wasn’t a problem. (All ground rooms have 2 sun loungers on each). There is a menu for drinks/ snacks round the pool but 7/11 across the road was ideal for this. No issue with outside food round the pool. Staff relaxed with this. If you want a WOW hotel, then this isn’t for you, but from a price, location, staff and a relaxed atmosphere then it ticked all of the boxes. I would definitely stay here again if just coming as a couple.

Good hotel with comfortable room

Pros: Location is good , a little bit away from Bangla road but you can walk to Bangla road and Patong beach, 7 eleven and money exchange is right in front of hotel, We booked a swimming pool facing room with excellent view of pool, staff at restaurant is very nice,they even took care of our luggage even after checking out , thanks to them.

Cons: Everything was ok

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at the hotel.. pool and rooms were very clean.. we had a pool access room along with a lovely spacious bathtub.. i was with a small 6 mnth old baby.. I needed their help with the microwave for sterilization n stuff.. they arranged a microwave for me in the bedroom! That was amazing.. I would highly recommend it to anyone travelling to Phuket..
