Pros: Amari Phuket exceeded our expectations. The cleanliness across the whole resort is impressive, and you can truly feel the attention to detail everywhere. The dining options are superb, especially La Gritta – an unforgettable Italian experience with fantastic atmosphere and cuisine.

Cons: While the overall stay was excellent, the reception experience was less consistent. In some situations, we felt a tendency to redirect rather than resolve issues. The front desk also appears understaffed for the size of the resort. The private beach area is rather limited in size and quite rocky. While it offers beautiful views, it is not ideal for swimming or comfortably using the beach itself. Despite this, the resort offers excellent areas for relaxation and poolside enjoyment, with beautifully designed spaces throughout the property.

Pros: The STAFF make this resort exceptional. Just so attentive. Especially reception manager NOOK . The attention and just love blew us away!We stayed overChristmas and new year so the rates were exceptionally higher. I would say worth the money

The staff at the restaurants were highly professional.

Pros: Friendly staff, clean pool areas, and two excellent restaurants.

Cons: The music from Patong Beach was too loud. The sunbeds were occasionally all taken.

Pros: Family friendly. Considerate staff who made us comfortable from checking in and out (Golf was excellent) shuttle service, kids club, breeze spa, dining service (Tee took good care of us). Close to town
