Pros: Very nice facility, clean and spacious. Suuuper friendly staff! The room was fantastic with a balcony overseeing the bay of Patong. It’s a 5 minute ride into town. Supermarket and atm are a two minute walk

Cons: The only negative point to mention is the noise of the AC (which worked very well). Even at stage 1 it could disturb light sleepers

Super relaxing hotel with lovely pool

Pros: Lovely pool, great view of Patong without being in the craziness of the town. Very comfy bed and room. A super pleasant stay

Cons: Needs a bit of maintenance. AC leaked a bit and some part of the hotel look a bit tired but you can see people working to address some details. It’s overall highly recommended

Would 100% reccomend for a quiet stay 💕

Pros: The staff immediately welcomed us on arrival with a welcome drink and cold towel (after 24 hours traveling this was a very nice surprise)! They didn’t hesitate to help us with our Baggage and this impeccable service continued through out our stay there! We loved the pools, we spent most of the the days by the pool and it was quiet and relaxing and the pools and surrounding areas were very clean and maintained through out the day by staff! Food was lovely and good value! The breakfast was amazing, lots of choice and lots of food beautifully presented! The room itself was clean, and beautiful and such a big size! Air con was lovely! Balcony had a lovely view over Patong! Only 40bht on a moped down to Patong and it took less than 5 mins! Great location just far enough that you don’t hear the notice or notice the bustle 💕💕🫶 Little shop next door and 7 eleven round the corner as well! We LOVED it and were sad to leave!

Cons: Honestly nothing!

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and all the facilities were very well maintained. What truly made the experience special were the people. The staff were incredibly warm, kind, and welcoming. The most beautiful moment was that my birthday happened during my stay, and the staff made it extra special with a lovely surprise. It was such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture! I’m very grateful for such a memorable experience and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

Perfect week of relaxing before exploring Thailand

Pros: Lovely little hotel with nice big rooms. Breakfast for us was limited to bacon and eggs but that was our fault for being on a stupid keto diet. I would have loved the fried rice instead

Cons: If you walk up from Patong beach prepare to get very hot and sweaty. The hotel offers a free shuttle 4-5 times per day

Lovely hotel, great staff

Pros: The staff were lovely and very attentive. The breakfast was plentiful each day, with table service and more than we could eat. The room was huge and cleaned daily, with fresh towels etc. Pools were also cleaned daily. Yes there is a walk up a very steep hill to and from the property but we didn’t find that an issue, but might be for some, however there is a free shuttle bus and taxis are plentiful

Cons: There was a lack of umbrellas. Only two for the whole property. We were lucky that it seems the property wasn’t completely full, so there wasn’t an issue to get sunbeds, but there were only 9 available for everyone and 2 umbrellas. It was also right next to the road, which we didn’t realise, this made it noisy and wasn’t very peaceful for sunbathing.

Pros: Staff especially five the waitress was superb We tried a BBQ night meal and a five course Thai dinner night absolutely fantastic

Pros: They provided a free shuttle to Patong beach and back at various times of the day, from early morning to late at night which made it incredibly handy. The staff were incredibly friendly and the location is perfect. It gives you an amazing view over Patong beach whilst you eat your food and it is close to some of the best beaches around like Freedom beach and Tri Trang. The room was very spacious and had an incredible bathroom. We enjoyed a massage in our hotel room too which was incredibly relaxing and very reasonably priced. The breakfast we had was very well done with a varied and delicious menu between more breakfasty foods such as eggs and bacon or rice and noodle dishes. Overall an incredibly pleasant stay and was perfect for our first hotel and first holiday in Thailand.

Cons: When the air con is on it blows directly towards the bed, which is a mild inconvenience but it did impact sleep slightly as it constantly blows over you during the night.

Pros: Pool was great, very quiet and relaxing. Far enough away from the hustle of phuket but also close enough to walk or get a short taxi if youre looking for a fun night out

Pros: Location is great, good view of the town, away from the noise. Loved the balcony. Pools are very good, the restaurant food was delicious. Massage was outstanding, would recommend. Staff were very nice and accomodating.

Cons: The hot water was runninng out when making a bath.
