Pros: A Fantastic Stay with Exceptional Service! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. They were incredibly helpful and even accommodated our request for an early check-in, which we truly appreciated. The rooms were spotless and surprisingly spacious, providing a relaxing atmosphere after a long day. Breakfast was a highlight—freshly cooked each morning with a variety of delicious options. And as someone who relies on a good internet connection, I was pleased to find the Wi-Fi speed was excellent throughout our stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommended!

Pros: The owner was very helpful. She immediately had my refund processed as I had to check out two days prior to my checkout date. She was like family.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at PS Hill Resort hotel with my wife and felt warmly welcomed from the very first moment. The reception staff were exceptional — kind, professional, and genuinely caring. When we had a bank issue, one of the receptionists even drove us to the bank in her own car to help us, which meant so much to us. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful coconut trees, spotlessly clean, and very peaceful. Breakfast offered a rich and delicious variety, and the location is perfect — close to Patong Beach yet quiet and relaxing. What truly makes this place special is the beautiful, super-polite people. We will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel.

Pros: A paradise on earrh. Perfect location just a few minutes away from Patong beach. The staff are extremely helpful. So helpful and kind. The breakfast is amazing.. Fesh fruit and assortments. Rooms are spacious and clean. Thank youuu

Cons: Breakfast was cold. Apparently all.preoared once then laid out at 7am. So you need to get there early.
