Rosewood Phuket

Beautiful and quintessential

Pros: The service at Rosewood Phuket is impeccable. Unfortunately, I came down with the flu on the second day of my trip. The staff went above and beyond to help me find a pharmacy, and they kindly checked in on me the following day to see how I was doing. It’s always the people that draw me back to the same hotel, and Rosewood Phuket is my top choice. I’d like to extend my gratitude to my butler, Khun Gig, for her beautiful smile and assistance throughout my stay.

Cons: It is located in Patong, and the traffic was quite heavy. I spent about 90 minutes out at Boat Avenue, but it took me 2 hours to return. Not ideal.

Pros: The hotel is absolutely stunning and nestled in the mountain cliff area away from the hustle and bustle of Phuket, which worked for us. The staff were so attentive and very friendly. The room is also beautifully decorated and very spacious. The bathroom and dressing area is very large! The food was fantastic, the Thai restaurant is a must, and we did the cooking class, which is an amazing experience. They also gave us a goody bag, which was such a lovely touch. Overall 10/10 experience.

Cons: The hotel was a bit far from Patong and other areas, so just keep that in mind (it wasn't an issue for us, and taxis are very readily available). Also, while this hotel would be ideal for couples (given how secluded, serene, and costly it is), it is frequented by a lot of families with young children! It's not the hotel's fault, obviously, but something to consider.

Pros: Amazing place with great facilities, stylish designer rooms. Staff attentive to details and very helpful. Resort is full of small details that make the stay special - fruits in the room, complimentary small refreshers served at the swimming pool area periodically, impeccable cleanliness. Alessandro was of great hospitality, took us to the swimming pool area and offered drinks while we were waiting for the check-in - great touch and amazing service. Overall - kudos to the Team, I am looking forward to be back. Don’t even mention how beautiful the site is.

Cudowny hotel

Pros: Wspaniały hotel, wszystko na najwyższym poziomie. Obsługa podczas śniadań fenomenalna, w szczególności Pan Benk i cały zespół. Śniadania to absolutnie wyjątkowe doświadczenie — doskonałe jedzenie, perfekcyjna organizacja i niesamowita dbałość o każdy detal. Wystrój hotelu elegancki i dopracowany, tworzy atmosferę luksusu i pełnego komfortu. Idealne miejsce na pobyt.

Memorable very relaxing stay

Pros: We enjoyed our stay, truly! We were looking for a place to celebrate our 20th anniversary, and having stayed at Rosewood in Vienna and amazed by it, decided to try it in Phuket. Very nice decor, beautiful view, very attentive staff ( prepared a cake for us and a rose petals bath ). The room is perfectly clean and nicely decorated, amazing view. It's not as big as I imagined, but we stayed outside at the beach so it want an issue. Nice cuisine at both restaurants and breakfast was something we really enjoyed every day. Good kids club

Cons: Impossible to swim in the sea at low tide, but we were lucky enough to have high tide most of the day.

Pros: Breakfast was à la carte from the menu, and it was beautiful, elegant, and exceptional in every detail. The service was absolutely outstanding, with friendly and kind staff. My family and I truly enjoyed the experience. الإفطار كان من قائمة الطعام (À la carte) وكان جميلًا وأنيقًا ومميزًا في كل التفاصيل. الخدمة كانت أكثر من رائعة، والعاملون ودودون ولطفاء جدًا. استمتعت أنا والعائلة بالتجربة بشكل كبير.

Pros: كل شيء جميل و رائع منذ الاستقبال وحتى المغادرة الموظفين ودودين اثاث الغرفه انيق و تصميم رائع و بوفيه الافطار مميز جدا و متنوع انصح فيه وبشده و ايضا وجبه العشاء في المطعم الايطالي

Cons: المسبح للغرفه جميل وولكن بحاجه الى تجديد

Pros: منتجع إستثنائي والطاقم عظيم والخدمات عظيمة لايمكن مدح شخص محدد الجميع يعملون على راحتك يوجد موظف كان معي كل الرحلة اسمه Tokyo رجل عظيم ومحترم وخلوق كذلك مديرة المطعم شخصية رائعة
