Superb pleasant stay

Pros: 💯 highly recommend, extremely comfortable and excellent breakfast. Staff were very friendly and polite, and would do anything for you. Good WiFi, great location. Definitely stay again. Brilliant gym! Also, you need to leave a deposit of 1000 B.

Fantastic property

Pros: Facility, location near to patong . Scooter rental is just opposite. Patong beach is 10 minutes walking distance. Staff are very good. Specially room maintenance staff. Breakfast was good with some vegetarian dishes.

Amazing stay with comfy room.

Pros: Clean and comfy room. Lovely and friendly staff. Very nice atmosphere with green areas. Big pool. Big gym and very nice spa.

Cons: Good but poor breakfast. The reason of my 9/10.

Cons: Be ready for lot of mosquitoes. Accommodation do the best for no mosquitoes (net on the window, raid,…) but this location is full of it

Pros: Very spacious room bed and as very comfortable and the hotel wasn’t in the middle of all the noisy nightlife but close enough for a short walk to bangla road

Overall a wonderful experience in the resort

Pros: The resort was very well maintained and within the close proximity of the city center and to beach as well.

A respectfully dissent hotel for the price, but the communication at the reception is poor.

Pros: The Superior Double Room we booked was a great choice, both comfortable and spacious. Nice views and calm environment. A SPA area is located just next to the hotel, proving the guests with bonus discounts and well professional spa service. We had the massages and the body scrubs, absolutely recommending them! Close to the hotel 5-7 minutes you may find shops, restaurants and many places to enjoy food and drinks. Patong beach with a motorbike takes around 5 minutes with no traffic.

Cons: The hotel offered breakfast for an additional charge of 250-300 Thb. which is actually to expensive for Thailand, so we definitely recommend the restaurant just across the street from the hotel, offering great Thai food for good prices. Plus, on the day of our departure the receptionist asked me to pay (1000 Thb.) for an umbrella that was no longer in the room. THE UMBRELLA WAS NEVEN IN OUR ROOM, since the arrival. So I would suggest ALWAYS, to take a video before you use any the rooms (as I did thankfully) in Thailand in order to provide them a proof of evidence. The lady then let me depart from the hotel, while I was rushing to get the boat for Kho Phi Phi Island. In general the staff does not speak well English and that's a minus for them and the guests experiencing that.

Pros: 1. Facilities - Good facilities and what you would expect from the property of this nature. What i liked is even though the property is on the main road, there's barely any traffic noise in the rooms. 2. Location - Amazing, 10 min walk to Patong beach, 2 min from Malin Plaza.. its in the heart of Patong. 3. Staff - Courteous and helpful.

Cons: Minor point, but they do not have bath salts/bubble soap for the rooms with the bathtub. Similarly, no iron or ironing stand available as well.

Excellent stay and location

Pros: Good location and clean rooms . Helpful Staff and very welcoming .

Cons: They don’t mention about security deposit online . And they only accept Euros , dollars or Thai currency . Need to have more options for customers to pay .
