Definately a place I will go back to.

Pros: A wonderful hotel and resort at the heart of the town of Phuket. On one of the main streets, minutes from the malls and the beach. Breakfast was a joy with multiple options, The closeness to day and night life places was of great value for us, and at the end of the day, the price was more than reasonable. Really a place we will come back to.

Cons: Ask for a room that is not facing the street. These rooms may be a little noisy (so I heard from a friend who had such a room).

I really liked it, I would love to go back.

Pros: The hotel services and the staff's attitude and kindness are fantastic. The breakfast is extremely varied with a variety of multicultural cuisines.

Cons: The beds are too small in the standard rooms. Some parts of the hotel are already in need of renovation.

Excellent hotel with great facilities.

Pros: Great location and the rooms were quiet given how noisy it was outside. Hotel was well appointed, clean and tidy, staff were really exceptional - friendly and attentive, breakfast was excellent. Catered well for families with children of all ages. We had dinner at Sam’s Steak and Grill which was incredible. Such a special meal. Would definitely stay again if I was back in the area.

Cons: Nothing. We went at the busiest time of year and the hotel couldn’t have been better.

Cons: It could be a little noisy at night but you are right in the middle of Patong so expected.

If you want a central location but far enough away from the party strip, beach front and exceptional kids families book

Pros: The pool was wonderful, step out of pool across road onto Patong beach. The kids club was absolutely brilliant our girl 7 wanted to go all the time my son 10 loved the PS4 games to escape the sun for some down time. Made for such a relaxing holiday for us all. The splash zone was half under renovation it’s going to be such an incredible kids zone when it’s finished. Location perfect next to Otop market. Staff super friendly across the board.

Cons: The room was comfortable but bathroom a little dated The sea breeze restaurant breakfast seemed expensive to add on so try and get included in stay.
