Pros: Location right at Patong beach, close to Bangla road and the hectic clubbing scene Staff very helpful in arranging activities and transportation

Cons: More of a personal preference but patong is not a good location for a relaxing holiday had to get taxis to other nearby towns

Best location in Phuket

Pros: The staff were amazingly friendly and couldn’t do enough to help you out. also, the location was right in the middle of where we wanted to be.

Cons: I think the place needs a renovation as I don’t believe it was up to five star standards I went there about 11 years ago and nothing had really changed

Pros: Everything.. the staff, the stay, the location, the pool access rooms, the access to the beach.. just everything..

Cons: I did not complain to the staff, but i felt the lights in the room could be a little brighter.. but they can take it as constructive feedback.. or it can be jst me who likes brighter rooms..

Pros: Great location, beautiful clean rooms, helpful and cheery staff. Surprised my husband with a birthday cake for his 60th at breakfast. Lovely gesture. Highly recommend La Flora.

Cons: Some work going on that we weren't told about but didn't spoil our experience.

Marvelous property on the beach

Pros: La Flora is my favorite resort in Pa Tong because of its very friendly and helpful staff, best location directly on the beach, excellent breakfast, large room and bathroom sizes, very comfortable bedding, super cleanliness and proximity to loads of restaurants.

Pros: We had the Grand Pool Villa Loft room and it was perfect. Breakfast was also included, and every morning we enjoyed a delicious meal. We loved the stay here and highly recommend it.
