Great hotel, good breakfast, professional service and near to all what Patong has to offer.

Pros: Located close to restaurants and bars, but it was calm and quiet inside the resort and especially in our room.

Beautiful and pleasant stay!

Pros: The entire space, facilities, warm and pleasant staff, the food is amazing and everything! Our stay was very calm, safe and colorful based on the place! Nothing unpleasant happened! Probably, I’ll turn back! I can compare the stay here and also in Aruba. Here the food is a little bit more delicious than in the Renessainse hotel but there, the outside facilities for the breakfast are arranged few times more attractive and spectacular! Thank you!

Pros: Good location- a lot of restaurants around, beach just across the road, 3 pools at hotel premises. Hotel staff very helpful- any needs you have, they are there to assist you.

A fabulous but sadly short 7-day relaxing break.

Pros: The hotel staff were very warm and welcoming. Although the hotel had previously announced that renovations were underway, which made me a little concerned, we didn't experience any problems during our stay and all the renovations had been completed. The hotel was clean and other details were taken care of.

Cons: The only thing I could say was lacking is that I had booked breakfast and dinner included to save time deciding what to eat outside during our 7-day vacation. Therefore, the dinner options included were limited, and we didn't have many food choices, but the meals were always well prepared and very tasteful.
