Short and sweet….we loved the hotel and the staff

Pros: Breakfast was excellent, location, staff and room was great,Yoyo looked after us 100% (we were spoiled) and Auan was always there to help when needed,Bebe and Im were excellent in the Bincho Izakaya restaurant, which was well worth the visit…..would highly recommend.

Cons: The water builds up in the shower base if you turn the shower on at a reasonable rate.

Fantastic stay with excellent amenities

Pros: We spent 4 nights here and had a wonderful experience. We booked the pool-access rooms, which I highly recommend. My parents-in-law absolutely loved the private jacuzzi attached to the room—it was such a treat to soak there before stepping right out into the main pool. The hotel is exceptionally clean and well-maintained. My kids were thrilled that they could rent underwater scooters, which kept them entertained for hours! The staff were consistently polite and professional throughout our stay. Another huge plus was the massage center located right next to the pool—very convenient and high quality. A truly enjoyable and relaxing stay for the whole family!

Excellent stay and would come back!

Pros: The breakfast was one of the most extensive I have ever seen - so many amazing options, I don't think anyone could ask for more. All the staff were friendly and helpful, especially Sunny who took care of our room. The room was spacious and pool access for our daughter was the highlight as well as the direct access to the Jungceylon mall.

Cons: Maybe the pillows could have been better/more options but not that important. It was a shame that we could not have an external teacher do the swimming lessons for our daughter in the hotel pool but we understand there are regulations to be followed of course.

Pros: Super chic hotel with a calm, relaxing vibe. Everything was spotless and the room was spacious with a great balcony. Location is a win - connected to the mall, tons of restaurants and shops nearby, and even walkable to the beach. Didn’t know much about this place before booking but so glad we did. Would 100% recommend for a Phuket stay!😊

Overall, our stay at the hotel was excellent, enjoyable, and a great experience.

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, my brother and I. The hotel is clean and well maintained, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the location is excellent and convenient. The room was comfortable, quiet, and well equipped. Overall a very positive experience and we would be happy to return in the future.
