Baansuan Amaleena

Pros: The room was very clean. It was large with good a/c a fridge and kettle. All the staff go the extra mile to help. They are so friendly and always smiling. Hope to see you again.

Cons: Nothing.

A bit overpriced but overall were ok

Pros: - Quiet and private - Near the most beautiful beach for chilling but better to go there by bike or motorbike.

Cons: - No room make up during our stays. we have to ask for new towels. - Weak wifi connection - TV is not working - They should have hammock or sunbed for chilling at bungalow instead of plastic chairs. - Still to commute to beaches and other restaurants or bars everyday

Very enjoyable and happy stay

Pros: I really enjoyed my stay and Amaleena and all her staff were so nice really helpful. The accommodation is in a perfect place easy access to nice restaurants and beach. I will definitely be going back and I have already recommended it to friends who are due to stay in the island.

Pros: Our stay at Baansuan Amaleena was really great. Amaleena and her husband picked us up upon arrival and immediately made us feel welcomed. She shared many recommendations for places to visit, which was very helpful, especially at the beginning of our stay. Amaleena is clearly an experienced and well-connected businesswoman who knows exactly what travelers might need. She was always ready to help organize activities, transportation, and bookings, which made things very easy and stress-free. At times, however, we looked for a few more local recommendations or the option to book directly through local providers rather than organized services. We really loved the Coffee Cup Café close by. Also make sure to get some money before you go to the island, it took us some time to find a functioning ATM. Overall, we truly appreciated her care, efficiency, and hospitality. Baansuan Amaleena is a great choice for travelers who value comfort, structure, and reliable support during their stay.

Pros: - The host Amaleena was the sweetest lady, so lovely and kind!! The other staff were great too. They gave us little freebies through our stay like pandan sticky rice wrapped in banana leaf or cookies 😁 - Cafe on site with good coffee - easy well priced scooter and bicycle hire on site - organised island hopping tour through hotel (800baht, but later found out had to add 300baht for national park entrance once on tour) - walking distance to some great fun bars (“sunset bar” with view, “mojito” bar on the beach great music and decorations) - nice fruit trees and butterflies around the lodge - warm shower - blinds quite good to get dark room - comfy bed

Lovely place to stay on the island. Everything you need, mopeds, trips can be booked. Lovely welcome drinks and snack

Pros: Beautiful setting, lovely staff very friendly and helpful. Able to hire mopeds and book boat trip. Cute little room

Perfect

Pros: The owners were very friendly and welcoming, would offer us fresh mangos and bananas from their garden. Everything was very clean and the room very comfortable with everything you needed. We were able to rent a scooter very easily from the owners. The location of the bungalow was excellent and due to it being away from the road this made it extremely quiet.

Cons: We wish we could have stayed longer, but unfortunately we had already made other plans.

Last minute booking - but a great choice!

Pros: Amaleena rescued us after we left our previous accommodation due to lack of air conditioning! We were warmly greeted with some lovely juice and some suggestions of places to visit. Amaleena is absolutely lovely and really makes you feel welcome. Bungalows are very clean and comfortable and set in a beautiful garden. Within walking distance of some good restaurants and a beautiful beach. Great value for money, and Amaleena owns a gorgeous cafe where you can have breakfast (additional cost) - great coffee and roti.

Pros: Location was great for beaches and good local restaurants , staff were lovely and Breakfasts were very good

Cons: Air con made nosies through the night which resulted in poor sleep ! Outside space was not very inviting !

Great hosts and great location in a very quite island

Pros: Great and quiet location, 7 min walk to a sandy beach and main bars area, plenty of restaurants within minutes from the property. Amazing breakfast cooked by Ameleena and the best coffee. Hosts are very friendly and helpful.

Cons: Beds are quite hard for our like
