Patong Bay Hill

Pros: Room was brilliant spacious and very clean. We ate at restaurant and it was delicious and breakfast was very good lots of choice

Beautiful views and good facilities

Pros: We loved the view from the rooms, how quiet it is & the people who worked there were so beautifully kind and accommodating. It’s like it’s own little town. The breakfast and room service was great.

Cons: The hotel is a lot bigger than it seems and if you want walking access to facilities unfortunately this is IN THE HILLS. The taxi service was also quite pricey considering other places I’ve stayed. The room had stains on the walls, floors and even bed sheets. The bed was quite hard and the pillows were like bricks.

A great resort with yummy breakfast.

Pros: Convenient location in a quiet nature's place surrounded by lush green mountains and a view of sea. Kids friendly and pool access to the rooms.

Cons: Scooters/riders purposely driving too fast where there is a footwalk of people. Management should take this seriously as I was missed twice bumping into them. Management must instal road bumps in order to slow them down especially at lobby area. Apart from this all good.

Pros: A good location surrounded by the mountains and sea. Yummy breakfast, great hospitality and a smiling staff. Kids friendly place..

Cons: Too many scooters/riders, driving like crazy and making loud sounds , which i think management needs to tighten the grip. Instal some bumps to slow down these riders. Apart from this, it was a pleasant stay and would book them again .

The wow factor

Pros: The cottage was incredible, we were blown away with how stunning the place was! The pool area is very nice too loads of different seating options available :)

Cons: Service was sometimes a little slow especially with the shuttle service however the walk down from the cottage was not bad just a little steep! However you can see how hard the staff are working, I think they just maybe just need some more staff to help them :)

This place is awsome

Pros: Got a cottage room, the views were immaculate, very private away from people, how easy it was to get up to the room from the lobby, breakfast was ok standard buffet breakfast, staff were great

Cons: Bed was a very firm mattress but that's a preference wasn't awful just not my type of bed Getting up to the room was sometimes freaky depending on driver and the weather as the hills are extremely steep and youre just sat on the back of a flat bed truck (there's seats that run on the sides) If youre a girlie girl the bathroom lighting wasnt great not a deal breaker more just abit annoying

Patong Bay Hill, a place to be when in Phuket, Thailand

Pros: Location was the best. As it is away from the noise of the town but again closer to many things of tourist attractions. Breakfast was also very good.

Pros: The staff were absolutely fantastic we enjoyed everything about this hotel.

Pros: the view from the privat bungalow on the hill, friendly check in, Free breakfast to room

Cons: I stayed for 4 nights. If you stay in a bungalow up on the hill with privat whirlpool, you need to wait minimum 30 up to 45min for a shuttle to go down to the lobby area. I called always 2 times the reception. If you want to go somewhere take your time and relax as it is horrible to wait.
