Baan Yuree Resort & Spa - SHA Plus

Pros: The resort was great. There are lots of nice restaurants close by.

Cons: It sits at the top of a very steep hill, we ended up catching a taxi/tuktuk just to get up the hill on several occasions.

Pros: The pool side room was just absolutely beautiful.. so relaxing, with views to patong beach.

Cons: Not much to say but I guess only downside is you have to head into patong to shop, massage, .. Little shop just up road 150 metres, and they have a free ride and back several times a day..

Pros: Totally enjoyed our stay at this resort it was very quiet and peaceful the staff member we very friendly very helpful breakfast was fantastic lots to choose from full American breakfast pool was lovely and clean over all experience was wonderful and definitely recommend this place for anyone to stay at, I wouldn't hesitate to go back that and stay again

Lovely stay!

Pros: The room was lovely and clean (massive thank you for decorating the bed on arrival for our anniversary) pool & gym are great. The food in the restaurant gave big portions for decent prices and it was really tasty. Overall great value for money! Location is walking distance to the beach if you do not ride a scooter.

Cons: The hill up to the property is very steep, but with a scooter/moped it is not a problem

Pros: The staff were wonderful - they were kind, happy and helpful at all times. There was nothing that was too much trouble for them. On our last day, our ride to the airport didn't show up, and one lovely lady saw our distress and even started phoning her friends to see if anyone was free to drive us to the airport. The facilities are a little dated and you can see that the place could do with some repairs, but everything works and is very clean. Good WiFi, air-conditioning etc and the room was huge with a balcony and separate sitting area. I was concerned before I arrived because I read some of the other reviews here, but I don't agree with any of the negative comments from other people. There was no mould in the room. The check-in staff are perfectly clear about procedures to do with housekeeping etc which I found easy to understand.

Cons: The resort is in a very convenient location - lots of good, cheap places to eat and you can easily walk to the beach. However, it is at the top of a very steep hill. I had to have a rest stop halfway to get up the hill, so it might be a challenge if you're a bit older or have mobility issues. Of course, you can get a taxi up the hill if it's a concern.

Pros: The staff were super accommodating and friendly to talk to. The rooms were well kept and if we had any problems they were quick to sort them out for us!

Cons: We stayed in the off season so it's understandable but a lot of the facilities were closed and while we were able to go to the resort next door for food and drinks I would've liked the kitchen to at least be open, however it wasn't too much of an inconvenience

Pros: I liked everything about this hotel even the hill YES even the Hill and it is close to everything unless you lazy to walk. The 7 eleven is literally down the hill it's close to two beach a market. I honestly had nothing to complain about. I live in a country where you can't walk at night being able to walk up that hill at 2am in the morning was one of the best experience ever. Everything was within walking distance. When I visit Phuket I would definitely come back to this hotel. Thank You I Loved My Stay AT Your Hotel

Cons: The only complaint is the heat in the reception area but I can also understand that the area is open.
