Pros: The sevice was the best. The hotel has the best staff and the room and hotel amenities were just awesome.

Cons: Nothing. It was the best and perfect hotel I have ever stayed.

Pros: The staff was absolutely beautiful friendly and so helpful

Nice stay

Pros: Free upgrade on arrival. Super nice staff. Nice pool. Gym was pretty basic but got my workout done. Printed our boarding pass and visas without charge.

Cons: 500 baht deposit on arrival (its ok i just think we should have been informed in advance). Rooms could do with a little update but overall satisfactory.

Pros: We are coming back every year. Good location, great penthouse, very clean, lovely staff 🥇

Overall its a good stay

Pros: The service was excellent and everytime when we ask or call them, they always respond and met our requirements. Very helpful and very thoughtful.

Cons: The view was not comfortable and the lighting needs to be improve. Kinda dull near the mirror side.

Odd 50 baht charge for a bottle that we didn't take.

Pros: Staff were very nice. Always greeted you. Nice room.

Cons: We were charged 50 baht for a bottle by surprise at the end of our stay that we didn't take. We were told that the cleaner, when cleaning our room, couldn't find the bottle, although strangely, when we got back after the room had been cleaned the bottle had been switched and refilled. Not sure if it's something that they do at the end of peoples stays to make a quick penny or if it was a genuine mistake but it was very very odd. Although, the stay was good other than that.

Lovely hotel, ok location, would recommend.

Pros: The bedroom was a very generous size and had a nice big bath with a shower overhead and a balcony. The pool was a decent size with a few floats in to make use of and a poolside bar/restaurant too. The staff are really friendly and helpful, so polite and always ask about your day etc.

Cons: Upon arrival, we were taken to our room which was about 10+ flights of stairs (as there’s no lift). The hotel is higher up so can’t be helped but just to point out in 30+ degree heat, it was a lot and we’re both in our 30s and fit and healthy! The bedroom was clean and tidy but could perhaps do with a little TLC as we couldn’t use the wardrobe due to it being full of little bugs crawling everywhere. We did report this to reception however and they came up straight away with bug spray and sorted it. The location was good, but was about a 35 minute walk to the centre where all the bars, restaurants and beach is. The bedroom itself was also very noisy, with outside traffic and music - I think this would probably be the same for most rooms as they’re all main road facing. Upon arrival, we were provided with clean towels on the bed but the following day our room hadn’t been made up. We reported this to reception a further two times before they then provided towels and toilet roll. We stayed 5 nights and it was the 3rd day that this got resolved.
