Nice pool
Pros: Nice quiet area away from the busy main road. Great pool. cleaned regularly by staff. Easy check in.
Cons: We had broken sunbeds on 2 days, which was corrected quickly but our villa got little to no sun so we wanted to use the sunbeds that were unused by the pump room. Later to say we couldn’t use these because of the apartment, but we never saw them use them once in our stay. Recommend less plants and more sunbeds around the pool. I felt it was expensive for what it was and we have been to many many places of all prices.

This is my second time staying here and I’m about to book my 3rd
Pros: Practically in the middle of Rawai 5 min from Nia harn beach on a scooter, but tucked away 50 m from the madness, so quiet with beautiful pool , garden and villa

Pros: The territory is well planned. Only six bungallows with beautiful swiming pool among them. Each bungallo has small terrace with sunbeds and direct access to swiming pool. Visually bungallo is small but inside space is enough. Very confortable for staying.
Cons: Absence of ceiling in bathroom and toilet. So, every sound from wc is heard in the room. Very strange design decision. Conditioner worked but the real temperature did not match the displayed one.

Awesome stay in a quiet Phuket
Pros: This probably has the best location in Phuket, if you are a first timer like us, we had the chance to visit other parts of the island and we were surprised on how choosing this spot in Rawai was our best choice. The region near hidden lagoon is great, you can literally access 2 or 3 beaches (2 that are actually great imo) by walking distance, however, its much better to get a scooter still - the staff can help with that. Talking about staff, on the front desk there's an awesome guy working called Z - dude is a chad and very friendly, speaks perfect English and can provide good recommendations. The rooms are clean, bed space is huge and good as an overall. Inside the facilities, you can possibly spot a white crosseyed cat that is SUPER FRIENDLY, I hope the team adopts him and make him a temporary crew of the Hotel - if you see him around and you like cats, treat him well its a chill cat.
Cons: We informed the team in advance we would be checking out super early, they told us someone would be waiting but didnt. Which caused us to leave without getting our 1000 THB deposit back (yes, they ask for a deposit unfortunetaly).

Relaxing and comfortable - This accommodation is on my return list
Pros: Less to no noise; Very quiet and peaceful. Not far from the main road. Nice little patio with a connection to the pool.
Cons: As an improvement - the WiFi. Experienced lags in the connection. Had a few meetings where this issue occurred. To be clear - the wifi was not bad but it can be improved.

Pros: A lovely tranquil atmosphere. The rooms were clean and the towels were made into some awesome shapes. Lovely pool and gardens.
Cons: The cameras around the pool and rooms felt a bit invasive.

Oasis in busy Phuket area
Pros: 6 lovely villas along a stunning pool. When we visited only 1 of the other villas was in use, so we had the pool for ourselves most of the time. Very lovely looking, nicely done interior, unlimited filtered water from reception (byo bottle), quite affordable (especially for Phuket!). Lovely sunset viewpoint and beautiful beach nearby (but driving/scootering distance).
Cons: I didn't love the area, as most things you'd want to go to are along a big main road or not at walking distance.

Enjoyed my stay
Pros: Everything is as described, perfect little place to rest and relax. the pool is very nice as well. no kids so no screams. everything you need is nearby. i recommend this place.
Cons: the deposit is a bit uneccesary especially for short visits which may leave you with again cash you don't need at the end.
