Pros: Normal breakfast included egg station with different offers, fruit salad, and normal mixed salad station tomato, pritamine paprika, onion, carrots. Fruits offer should of been much better because only 3-(4 ) different fruits was only available. Nice staff, polite. The reception staff was very nice to call a taxi by Grab. Also the system was very nice to offer stay in a pool area ( with towels) after we checked out. Inside the lobby was very pretty, Small house was nice , clean and separated. The house keeping was very precise and perfect.

Cons: Breakfast, Bakery was ok, but the croissant and Danish pastry was not fresh (may be it was mirelite) Juice section was terrible, taste plastic full of sugar. I am wondering why was that poor quality. Coffee was socks. Generally breakfast was a poor 4 star quality. Inside the lobby was very pretty, but the public area around the pool area included sun beds is very poor, old , the surface is broken in many areas. Probably those areas will be renovated soon. The garden need to be renovated. Unfortunately the watering system of the plants are very smelly (during the process)

Great place to stay in Phuket

Pros: - Room was recently renovated and the view was great. The room was equipped with everything: pool towels, bathrobes, slippers, umbrellas (for rain) and beach bag. We have been receiving two bottles of water every day free of charge. - Location between the two beaches allows to choose where you want to go. Good restaurants and massage salons nearby. - The staff always were super nice.

Cons: - The variety of fruits on breakfast. - Swimming pools are a bit shallow.

The staff are wonderful and we were very comfortable.

Pros: 4 pools with plenty of seating options. Shuttle to the beach. Quiet but close to action.

Cons: Shuttle buses pauses at lunchtime.

Pros: Everything was amazing til start to end. Great staff, beautiful location, good breakfast, and for those who complain about the hill.. sorry but elevators aren’t human right 😊 I would anytime happily take up a little incline for these beautiful views.

Lovely hotel.

Pros: Hotel looks new and comfy. We stayed in the main building and it looked beautiful. The hotel is between 2 beaches- and lots of shops and restaurants.

Cons: It's on the hill, prepare for lots of stairs :D

Very good hotel on the hill

Pros: A good to luxury hotel. Lots of pools, very good service. Close to the beach. An easy walk to the beach is about 5 minute walk away. The hotel is well located between two beaches. The hotel is on a hill about 30-40 meters high, but its easy to walk up. I recommend it

Very Enjoyable Relaxing Stay.

Pros: The whole place was very clean and in a fantastic location. Rooms were spacious and modern.

Cons: Only slight negative is we felt that there needed to be more information available in the rooms like facility layout and local area attractions would have been nice.

Pros: Extraordinary service, luxury accommodation, amazing breakfast and location, location, location! It is a hidden jem stone!

Pros: Location, location, location. Superbly located between Kata beach and Karon beach, also close to the night markets, high enough out the way , so it was quiet. Excellent breakfast. Poll view room was brilliant. I would definitely stay here again
