Excellent hotel and service

Pros: The breakfast was great! Location is excellent- first line sea, the sand is white and soft as flour. There are nice restaurants and shops around. The staff is extremely polite and attentive, always ready to help. I would like to thank Siree, Dona and Kiat for their warm attitude and responsiveness.

A fantastic place to stay, so close to the beach and the beautiful sunsets.

Pros: Loved the location, right by beach. The service was awesome and the people were lovely. Lots of restaurants around.

Cons: I thought the hotel was a little dated, and chairs by on the beach would have been great.

Lovely hotel by the beach, great staff and food! Fantastic location. Everything so beautiful!

Pros: Lovely hotel, great beach, view is fantastic! Staff super nice , breakfast is good, view from breakfast place also fascinating. Tour desk also helpful and very pleasant. Restaurants and convenience shops just outside the hotel. Could not ask for more. Everything just beautiful!

A wonderful stay with excellent service and facilities, but I hope the hotel will pay more attention to cleaning the bea

Pros: The hotel is beautiful, well-maintained, and located right by Karon Beach. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the staff is very friendly and attentive, and the breakfast selection was excellent. The pool area and facilities are also great for relaxing.

Cons: The beach area in front of the hotel needs more attention. The sea brings in a lot of plastic and debris, and unfortunately it is not cleaned regularly, so to get to the water you have to walk through litter.
