Pros: We had a room with pool acces which was amazing. Especially as ours was at a quiet part of the pool. Breakfast was also great, roomservice meals too. Personal was friendly and eager to help with questions and giving advice. Gym, sauna and massage facilities where also fantastic. Location was also spot on with it being close to either Karon and Kata beach. Especially when you hire a bike you can get everywhere fast and easy.

Lovely stay very clean and overall great value for money

Pros: The property is clean, not too far from pretty much everything, staff were helpful

Cons: The drinks from the hotel bar were pretty expensive but that was our personal choice to purchase these Breakfast pretty basic but plentiful enough for the price

Pros: The property was stunning and located in a great place. Close to both night markets which was super convenient. Pool access room was wonderful.

Cons: Gym doesn’t open til 9am. I like to workout before breakfast so this was inconvenient and I never managed to use this facility. 6am open time would work better.

Beautiful hotel and a lovely stay

Pros: Beautifully designed hotel, very peaceful, in amongst the chaos of Phuket. The breakfast was lovely and catered to all needs, the staff were friendly, and the rooms were spotless

Cons: I liked everything about the property, my only tip would be, if you get a pool access room, request one of the south facing rooms so you get some sun. That’s the only thing I’d change
