Great location, fantastic staff and overall an excellent experience.

Pros: The accomodation was very good and the staff were excellent. The provision of a small bus to take you to and from the room was also very good. A very good breakfast was available and the staff could not do enough for us. Makesh was excellent and Nikahj plus all the staff were the best I have come across in a long time. Congratulations to all.

Cons: The view was great but the only problem was that the area on the balcony and around the villas needs some work especially the pool area where the decking and nails were coming up. More mattresses for the sun beds were needed as there was never enough. Peeling paint, broken balistrades and mould on outside painted areas plus need for replacement wooden hand rails which were rotting took some of the shine off what was otherwise nice accomadation. A bus service into town would have been fantastic but overall this service within the accomadation was excellent.

It was super lovely and the staff were really kind and friendly. We stayed in a pool villa and enjoyed swimming everyday

Pros: Beautiful & private. Staff were lovely. Views were divine.

Cons: The steps up to the lobby/restaurant or down to the beach made it a challenging place to stay for easy access to beach etc. could get free ride up and down but it made the experience less enjoyable. Aircon was loud and occasionally woke us up in the night with noises/vibrating.

Pros: Villa was lovely! Great view of the sea and pool area was lovely! But seen a big snake and was scared! Breakfast was nice

Cons: Snake at the pool! Location from town at night wasn’t safe to walk back so had to get tuk tuk!

Really lovely and refreshing

Pros: It’s really quiet and tucked away so there’s a lot of privacy

Cons: It’s a bit far away from everything but that’s the price you pay for privacy!

You won’t be disappointed if you stay here!

Pros: This property has so many different amenities and activities accessible to guests. Beautiful cliffside restaurant, spa & massage salon, pool and rest areas all with gorgeous views, private access to Karon beach and lots of extras you have can for such as private romantic dinner set up, pool float breakfast, cooking classes. All the food and drinks we had were really tasty and the staff were so lovely and helpful.

Cons: The fans were a little noisy, aircon takes a little to kick in, but travelling you’re so exhausted that the noise becomes background and the rooms and beds are comfy enough to fall asleep with ease

Fabulous stay. Location is probably the best and very comfortable rooms

Pros: Incredible location and the facilities were great. View of the ocean and rooms were fantastic

Cons: Nothing at all but they can pay a bit more attention to cleaning up dry leaves on walkways into the rooms (our balcony was full of leaves even at the time of arrival)

Great resort ,you cannot walk int Karon Taxi about $8.. otherwise I would recommend this resort,car hire reasonable yo

Pros: Perfect location for views wonderful pools,one cascading into the lower one.great breakfast with views,staff all amazing

Cons: The fact that you have to be fit to navigate the steps to the lobby ,134 from my room,but there is a buggy pick up which arrives quickly once ordered a bit of a step up into it unless your fit. Staff very helpful

Pros: Excellent accommodation, staff are all lovely too. Stayed at the villas for a week whilst there for a family wedding which took place at the sister hotel The Grand, highly recommend both hotels.

Fantastic Views

Pros: The staff were some of the nicest I’ve ever come across. They are so lovely and will do anything for you. The location is beautiful up on the hill with a view of Karon Beach. The rooms could do with an upgrade now. That’s the only slight negative.
