Beautiful pool

Pros: The pool was great after a day at the beach. Having the private pool was very relaxing and the design with the big plants and pots is lovely.

Overall a great experience - we stayed two weeks and would return.

Pros: The pool and the privacy. The Managing company were exceptional and dealt with all issues promptly and efficiently,

Cons: The kitchen and living room furniture was a bit dated - especially for that price point. I feel there should be a dishwasher.

Pros: Beautiful pool, close amenities, a villa immersed in the nature of Phuket

Our best experience on our trip around Phuket and Krabi

Pros: Of all our stay in Thailand, this was by far the best accomodation we had. Its located on the south tip of Phuket which is a bit quieter than other places, however there are 100’s of reseraunt options close by. A short 5 minute walk to the main area full of cafes and food places that will keep you coming back for me amazing thai food The villa is amazing, super private, enclosed with a remote control door inside your own little compound so its super safe hidden down a private track. The pool is fantastic and it feels like you are in the rain forest canopy, and theres a covered place down the back of the garden to enjoy some drinks at night overlooking the paddy field whilst the kids sleep in the house Natti organised our stay was amazing and super helpful. Electricity is 6 bhat per unit and we paid 1200tbht after 1 week and we had aircon on during the day when we were home the night so we thought that was reasonable This place is highly reccomended

Cons: Theres nothing we didn’t like, and we did mention through out the holiday how were wish we were still here

Lovely villa

Pros: The villa is lovely and very comfortable. We stayed as a family of four with two young children. The pool is great, beautiful in the evening. We had everything we needed in terms of facilities for cooking, and the washing machine was very appreciated. The air conditioning worked well whenever we used it. The villa feels very secure. We hired a car which was arranged for us by the villa management staff.

Cons: We had two unannounced visits by the management staff, once when the cleaners arrived to clean the villa (we stayed five nights and this happened on the third day), and also on the fourth day when someone came to do some maintenance on the pool. Not an issue at all, but I would have been nice to have been told that someone was arriving. Location wise, you need a car/motorbike. We had one, so didn’t bother us, but there’s not much to do within walking distance. Having two young children, we did find that there were lots of breakable items within the villa we needed to be super vigilant of! The villa is beautifully decorated, so for a family with older children it wouldn’t be an issue ☺️

Definitely great value by comparison to other properties in the area

Pros: Chilled out and quiet in the evening , staff very helpful and readily available. Pool maintenance and cleaning very flexible around occupants.

Cons: Definitely a home feel, one or to DIY jobs around really minor ,just like home. Not really a dislike ,rather an observation.

Pros: Loved the location and charm of this villa. The staff were helpful and quick to assist with any requests we had. The villa had everything we needed and we had a wonderful time.

Cons: It would be helpful if the staff would inform guests ahead of time what day and approximate time they will come for cleaning.
