Centara Grand Beach Resort Phuket

Great resort with excellent facilities for kids.

Pros: Our stay at Centara Grand Beach Resort Phuket was wonderful. It’s a great choice for families, with lots of resort-style amenities and kid-friendly facilities.

Cons: The main downside is the layout—there are quite a lot of stairs, and moving between reception and the rooms often means using multiple elevators or taking the stairs. Despite this, we really enjoyed our stay.

Pros: Location is perfect, beautiful place, swimming pool very well arranged. Direct access to the beautiful beach.

Cons: Nothing negative.

Pros: The property was grand specifically the pool was amazing; the staff at the pool bar were terrific. My dad is a handicapped so it was not as convenient for him because of the distances between different areas however the view from the room was worth the trouble. Also, the food was great specially the buffet breakfast

Cons: The staff at reception were rude and stuck up. The location is not as convenient if you are someone who would like to step out often for walks and visiting different areas in the city

Highly recommend - great hotel in a perfect location for sunbathing aswell as a great base to explore Phuket

Pros: Lovely hotel in a great location, plenty of sunbeds and fab to be able to move between the pool and the beach. Room was super comfortable and clean, great breakfast. Only a short walk or very short taxi ride into Karon beach.

Cons: Hotel was a little bit tired in some places and also the toilets near the pool area weren’t kept very clean throughout the day.

Pros: I liked everything: the beautiful view of both the sea and the mountains; the large grounds and the huge beach. Food and drinks – a wide selection for any budget and at any time of day. Plenty of sunbeds by the pool. The hotel staff are beyond praise, I can’t even single anyone out – you are all amazing!

Pros: Resort was so lovely and relaxing, the ripples adult only pool bar was so peaceful and a joy to swim in. The staff at this resort were second to none! So friendly and caring

Beautifully pink and expensive.

Pros: Location and breakfast buffet are exceptional. The cleanliness is outstanding and the staff are so lovely! The pools are great too, we had a great time in the lazy river.

Cons: We were given a room next to a construction site with no view although the resort was almost empty. We had to pay for an upgrade. Television sets are outdated.

Heaven resort

Pros: Very nice place, amazing beach and pool, lazy river. Staff very friendly. Very nice activities near the pool. Amazing spa. Big resort. Clean rooms. No mosquitoes, no insects in rooms, big rooms, nice balcony pool and mountains view. Highly recommend 👌

Cons: Room's furniture a bit old but it was clean. No shops and restaurants walking distance. You need a ride to the city but not very far. 5 minutes to karon road and 5 minutes to pating street

Pros: The lazy river and jump pool, the location and accessibility to Karon beach, and the food selection.

Cons: The lazy river is too rocky and many guests got bruised. I didn't like the fact that the beach was actually not usable and had a red flag although other hotel users at Karon beach were swimming
