Pros: Excellent hotel, I liked everything: the room, the staff, the location, the cleanliness, the price

Cons: The only thing I didn't like was the street noise from passing traffic. If you live with a mountain view, there's no noise, but if you live with a street view, the noise is very loud. It didn't bother me too much, but if you care about that, you should check in advance which way your windows face.

Confortable and clean room for a short stay!

Pros: The room was comfortable and clean, good size TV and we have the option to change the language of the TV in English and use YouTube . Linen and towels change every day. Friendly staff!

Cons: No elevator , but we knew that, so it was ok.

Pros: It’s clean. Location is excellent, it’s 15 minutes walk from Bangla road and 5 minutes more from Patong beach 🏖️.

Amazing hotel, very highly recommend!

Pros: Staff were so welcoming, especially the lady who runs the hotel who is really nice and always smiling. The room was spacious, clean and the aircon worked really well! The cafe down stairs serves amazing food including really nice smoothie bowls and english breakfasts etc. The property is about a 15/20 minute walk to patong beach which we didn’t mind but something to consider as you have to walk along a busy road for a small portion of the journey. Lots of bars, cafes, restaurants and shops close by though.

Wonderful!

Pros: The staff were super friendly and helpful, always went above and beyond to help 24 hours a day. The pool and room were lovely as well. Great location, short walk to the beach and shopping centre. Couldn't recommend more.
