Truly exceptional, couldn’t have been better

Pros: we had a few issues during our stay. the hotel management sorted all these out perfectly, which made the stay excellent.

Pros: Everything was excellent. Very comfortable room, thoughtfully designed. Friendly and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast with lots of options. Good restaurants. The territory is huge and beautiful.

Cons: Leaves in the swimming pool in our villa were removed only once. No plug near mirror in the bathroom, couldn't use a hairdryer there. The beach with sunbeds is outside of the hotel in a beach club. Service there was not as good as in the hotel.

Exceeded our high expectations!

Pros: this was a return stay to Phuket Banyan Tree and we were not disappointed. The location and facilities are fantastic, the pool villa was amazing and teh friendliness and professionalism of the staff was exemplary. We will be returning again this year.

Incredible spot for a honeymoon and would definitely go back

Pros: Everything about the property is incredible and the staff are so lovely and accommodating. The facilities are top tier and there is everything you need onsite. We never wanted to leave!

Cons: The pricing of everything (restaurants, spa, accommodation) was on the expensive side and food etc. was much cheaper as soon as you left the premises.

Great value - luxury hotel

Pros: The list of things you get for the price is insane: 9 restaurants, an exclusive Beach Club (biggest in Phuket), a full Spa, a full Golf course, tennis courts, local activities, pools, amazing breakfast buffet, a private lagoon, water sports, bicycles, and the amazing care of the kind and helpful staff. Ugh felt regal; coming back soon !

Cons: The toiletries kit was paid and included in the room which came as a surprise as it has become such a basic thing nowadays.

I would highly recommend staying at the Banyan Tree Phuket, simply incredible!

Pros: I loved how even though the property is large it never felt that way. The landscape, the design, everything was laid out to feel tranquil and calm. The staff were incredible, so friendly and kind towards us and especially our kids. Everyone always had a wonderful smile and a friendly word to say. Our villa was perfect, it offered privacy and allowed us to have some much needed quiet family time.

Cons: Honestly, I don’t think there is anything I didn’t like. My family and I loved every part of our stay there.
