Amazing hotel, highly recommend

Pros: Stunning property right we the beach. Everything is new, lovely design and quality. Amazing staff. Lots of activities, like Pilates. Tennis. Kids club for free with super fun activities, great spaces, nice toys and lovely kids klubb staff. Amazing breakfast. Everything was perfect, we will be back.

I loved it and enjoyed the restaurant's great food.

Pros: The staff were friendly and attentive. Transfers to shops were fast and uncomplicated. We only stayed for three nights and wished we could have stayed longer. We loved the lively atmosphere at the beach, and the small markets and poolside offered a beautiful, relaxing experience with our son and his family.

Nice hotel, great beach

Pros: Lovely hotel. Friendly staff. Rooms very spacious and nicely decorated. The beach is beautiful and clean with lovely soft sand and plenty of great bars and restaurants, and water activities. Much nicer than the pool area which was full of screaming kids over our Xmas break!

Cons: Room: the lack of any mirrors with good lighting. The bathroom mirror is on the side (bizarrely to allow an open view of the bedroom, which no one wants) and the only full length mirror is in the dark narrow hallway. There is no waiter service around the pool/beach area. At a hotel of this standard I expect staff to offer drinks and food at our loungers, not require guests to go to the bar to order. Also, not enough loungers facing the sea. Why aren't guests allowed to take their loungers onto the beach? The hotel needs to make one of the pools adult-only to give people a break from the screaming kids.

Great resort facilities on a beautiful long beach, whilst also close to local towns

Pros: Great resort with facilities for all ages and guests. Good location for a short taxi into town or to walk. Lovely long beach running in both directions from the resort with great beach bars / restaurants right outside. The spa is amazing, one of the best massages we've had! Well maintained and clean grounds too.

Cons: The pool is smaller than in looks in the photos, so sun beds around the pool go quickly. All the facilities within the resort are quite expensive.

Great hotel in a vibrant area

Pros: Excellent location, laguna is a nice community with lots of shops, restaurants and massage places nearby. The hotel is lovely, good restaurants, slide in the pool is fun. Lots of kiosks around the beach and there is a nice restaurants strip on the beach right next to the hotel which have lots of music and fire shows

Cons: To restrict smoking to smoking areas and not on breakfast/dinner tables as its annoying for kids even if you're sitting a few tables apart

Great will stay here again next time

Cons: Club house too many rules Breakfast ok but can have healthier options Check in requested room close to elevator due to young kids having freedom to move easily but they did not seem to make a special effort

Very nice and pleasant stay, plus the morning view over the lagoon is super peaceful

Pros: Quiet and spacious rooms with a nice view over the lagoon. Big pool, direct access to the beach and the breakfast had a lot of variety

Cons: Gym equipment could be renewed and a bit more of freshly made juices would be great.

Pros: We loved this property. Absolutely stunning, the rooms are perfect. Air conditioning was fantastic. Beach was clean and water was clear. A perfect stay away

Cons: honestly, we had nothing bad to say. It was like they could read our minds. For example- myself and my husband discussed one day that the sun loungers were a little uncomfortable, the material was a little stretched and that you could feel the bar underneath on some of them, the next day they had replaced ALL of the sun loungers with brand new ones.
