Pros: We booked a 3 bedroom residence. Inside was wonderful and the views outside were magnificent. Our checkout with Yean was also pretty good. The breakfast was top tier, with sufficient options.
Cons: The AC was not working on the first night and they came and fixed, but we had to call them again on the second night. We also had to go up a flight of stairs to get to the elevator which took us to our room. This was very difficult with 2 children and lifting 2 strollers. The kids play area could use an upgrade.

Pros: it is already a bit older, but the charm is there - great breakfast, great location (ie directly at the beach), other restaurants nearby. the pool is great with basketball hoops and other games for kids. there is a pingpong table by the pool which we used extensively. my son used the gym and was very happy with it. as it rained a lot we spent a lot of time in our room - glad we had booked the 2-bedroom studio which was super spacious. the staff were suuuuuper friendly - those at the pool, at the restaurant especially.

Pros: Overall, a great time! Huge shout out to Kehvan and Orly! These two kind gentlemen are the most amazing and hospitable people I have come across. Honestly, these two legends have made my stay at the Mövenpick so much more enjoyable. I consider them friends of mine now. They treated me like family instead of a guest, and as a solo traveller, I appreciate that a lot. 100% recommended this resort!
Cons: It’s a little far from town honestly. If you’re looking to get out and about, it can be a little difficult but otherwise it’s perfect

great stay kids happy and great location
Pros: great location to the beach and boat ave , spacious rooms nice pool and lovely staff especially Orly who was at breakfast and the pool working so hard keeping my family well looked after be made our stay a pleasure .
Cons: could of been a little cleaner in the rooms , and the beds were not the most comfy although they did provide a mattress topper which was good .

Pros: We moved to the Movenpick last minute (after making another booking at another hotel and hating it). The Movenpick was fantastic. It was quiet, staff were lovely, the 3 bedroom suite was humungous for our family of 5! Food at the hotel was delicious and happy hour in the pool bar was great. Location is quiet but that's what we wanted, it's only 10min drive to Boat Avenue with alot of restaurants and markets. There's also beach clubs down along the beach within walking distance if that's what you like.
Cons: Nothing, it was great.

The Ultimate Family Escape: A Resort Where Every Need is Met
Pros: I can't say enough good things about our stay at this hotel. It felt like a true escape to paradise. The sheer cleanliness of the room blew me away, and the staff's genuine friendliness made us feel so welcome. The breakfast setup was incredible with so many different options to pick from and new dishes every day. We stayed for a week and did not get tired of it! Every day was filled with fun, thanks to the fantastic pool, gym, and kids' room. The beach across the road is also breathtaking, and the easy airport access was a lifesaver after a 9 hour flight. If you're traveling with kids, this hotel is a must!
Cons: In-house dinner menu could have been more reasonably priced, otherwise nothing!

Perfect family location with exceptional staff and facilities
Pros: From as soon as we arrived our stay was perfect. The staff were exceptional - from the front desk, to f&b ( Abbie f&b manager ) to the happy, helpful gym staff. The accommodation a 2 bed apartment worked really well with lots of space for the family. We celebrated our 20th anniversary with friends too and loved the location, happy hours- fruit, chocolate and cocktails every day. A big hit. There are some nice bars and restaurants in the beach and main town only 5 mins in taxi. Would def recommend staying here.
