Pros: Immaculate hotel and facilities, wonderful friendly efficient staff, great facilities

Cons: The beach club was ridiculously overpriced. Sunbeds ‘reserved’ with beach towels from very early, all day even when not in use.

Venue great, hotel great, room great and staff great. Nothing more can be said.

Pros: Room and bed sizes were just amazing. We also asked if we could shower late afternoon after check out,,,NO PROBLEM. They had a shower facility’s with clean towels. Just fantastic. Staff always smiling ad week. Just loved it.

Pros: The cleanliness of this place. We asked for 2 rooms next to each other in the quite part of the resort and they listened to our request !! It was peak time but we were greeted well and the buffet is incredible. So many tasty foods and its huge. There is a 7-11 across the road and couple fo restaurants in walking distance. Two pools and lots of empty space. Beautiful beach in Bang Tao and we would recommend staying here.

Cons: The crowded beach and fishing over a beach chair!! People would leave thier towels at 5am just to secure a beach chair. The strip of sand is so little compared to the size of the resort. Its a shame that there is another beach club which is charging money to hire a beach chair. There are street vendors that flock the beach trying to sell, security could surely help keep them away giving more peace for the visitors. There are food shops that are step up so close to the edge of the resort on the beach and the smell os quite unpleasant.

Perfect location.

Pros: The property is perfectly located on Bang Tao Beach, with a good breakfast and outstanding service at Nora Beach Club.

Cons: The check-in process could have been more pleasant, It felt like the receptionist was in a rush to finish with us.

Lovely stay, relaxing, beautiful weather and great beach!

Pros: The hotel is well set up, not too big or spread out, with nice pool options. Easy access to the lovely beach. The rooms overlooking the pools are fairly new and very pleasant with a balcony. The bedding is very comfortable. The breakfast selection is great, featuring a freshly cooked egg station, a variety of fruits, and excellent coffee. The Christmas lunch menu was great, though next time a second turkey may be required!

Cons: There was a bit of confusion with our room reservation, but the staff managed to sort it out after a couple of attempts and offered us an upgraded room. Otherwise, we had a wonderful stay. The hotel is ideal for families.

Pros: Very clean resort. Intelligent and friendly staff with good spoken English. Very accessible to the beach and has 3 pools. Room spacious, clean and has everything you need and more.

Cons: There wasn't really much I could really criticise. If I had to really be really picky, TV channels could do with more English programmes and maybe the food and drinks are on the high side of pricing but, it's Bangtao, it's a premium location. Would have been really nice if they offered a 10-15% discount on meals and drinks for guests but that's just me with wishful thinking

Great staff and cocktails

Pros: Great hotel within close distance to lots of restaurants and bars along the beach. We loved the cocktails at the beach club - especially happy hour! The staff were amazingly friendly and the entire place felt safe and secure.

Cons: The bed was 2 singles pushed together but still comfy.

Would stay again

Pros: This was an amazing place to stay. Highly rate the staff were lovely and the room was beautiful as well. Went for our honeymoon and they had a cake for us on arrival. The room service was fantastic as well.
