Pros: The rooms were a good size and we had a lovely view of the lake. Staff were friendly and we found the location was good for us!

Cons: The air con was quite loud and the pool area was slightly dated. However, both of these things didn’t really impact our stay.

Pros: -there are many restaurants and shops nearby -daily cleaning

Cons: -If you get numbers 917-921, you will be sleeping on the road, literally. -1,5-2 km to the beach

Staying near Boat Avenue in Phuket

Pros: Great hotel in a very good location for the shops and restaurants on Boat Avenue. The rooms are very comfortable, most with views over the lake. The staff are all lovely, with a special mention for Ploy, who was always delightful.

Lovely peaceful and comfortable hotel

Pros: Staff were very friendly, lagoon was beautiful and peaceful with lots of wild life, room was spacious and clean.

Cons: Everything was lovely but the pool could do with a bit more shelter and shade as it was a bit gooey at the bottom of the shallow end, potentially some mold due to exposure.

I would definitely stay here again.

Pros: Excellent location very close to shops, bars and restaurants. The beach is just a 25 min stroll. Very comfortable spacious rooms and comfortable bed.

Cons: A smell now and again from the drain in the bathroom when it rained
