Lovely stay and would return

Pros: Great location for airport with lovely swimming pool and gym Breakfast was very good

Great hotel , beach and will be back once the building works have been completed next door

Pros: Brand new hotel with great amenities that will be amazing once the building works next to the hotel have been completed.

Cons: Building site next door so noisy throughout the day with banging.

Clean beachfront resort with polite staff, but noisy and chaotic atmosphere

Pros: The resort is clean, modern, and nicely maintained. The beachfront setting is beautiful and relaxing. The bellboy was especially welcoming and helpful upon arrival, and the staff overall were consistently polite and courteous throughout our stay. Service requests were handled promptly, and the rooms were comfortable.

Cons: The atmosphere in common areas was not always relaxing or family-friendly. There were frequent loud verbal arguments among guests around breakfast and the pool, and one evening there was a very loud confrontation between intoxicated guests. Breakfast during peak hours felt crowded and chaotic, with little respect for queues. We also noticed cannabis being smoked around the pool and at the nearby beach, which was not ideal as we were traveling with a young child.

Right next to the beach. Lots of great breakfast offerings.

Pros: The hotel is beach adjacent, just cross the road, and you're there! The breakfast buffet had many tasty options.

Cons: Many guests left their towels on the chairs to save them, then left the hotel to grab lunch. I would like the hotel to do something about this in the future.

The holiday was so good , we were sad to be leaving

Pros: The hotel was fantastic , the food was excellent , great location to the beach

Cons: A lot of construction work close by

Pros: Fabolous breakfast. Smiling, nice staff. Nice pool. Nice beach. Nice gym.

Cons: Location a little far from shops. Room cleaning was a little late in the afternoon. All in all nothing important.

Hotel is still not finished

Pros: Nice staff. Good food. Breakfast and dinner have Thai and Western food. Pool area was really good. Rooms with pool access are very nice. Sea is very close (1 minute) Roof top bar is very cool. Rooms are nice. Big beds.

Cons: Construction all around the hotel. Very noisy. Starts at 8am. Guests in the hotel are rude and entiteled. Do not follow rules. Lack of sun beds around the pool as guest reserve them and dont use it. During breakfast there was no enough staff working as I needed to hunt for cuttlery and cups. Very far aways from main phuket town. Need taxi everywhere. 30-80 minutes depending on traffic Hotel is not yet finished and you can feel it (and hear it)

The overall impression is excellent. I would definitely recommend the hotel for a vacation.

Pros: The staff were very attentive, the rooms were cleaned every day, the pool area was always tidy, the breakfasts were excellent, and the rooms were spacious with a beautiful view of the pool.

Cons: The location is not very convenient.

Excellent hotel good facilities staff really helpful and nice and quiet of a night so good sleep

Pros: One thing that needs sorting out is the coffee machines , they are really poor they were always breaking or running out and the coffee was always just warm especially the lattes this was a real let down as having a coffee first thing in the morning in one of my best things to do
