Good but could be perfect

Pros: The staff are great and our room was very comfortable.

Cons: Severe shortage of sunbeds. There is seating around but very few sunbeds for the number of guests.

Beautiful hotel with all amenities catered for, but found staff lacking in the personal touch

Pros: Beautiful property with everything you need in the rooms and even things you didn’t know you needed! Bathrooms are to die for, beach bags, washing lines, lighted mirrors, magnifying mirror and more than ample wardrobe space. Breakfast was lovely with more than one area.

Cons: Didn’t receive any welcome drinks and found the staff to be lacking. The hotel is very big with lots of people in reception and they seem very busy but certainly wasn’t made to feel special. Wanted a $50 dollar deposit also that wasn’t mentioned anywhere but we got out of paying this. Still haven’t received deposit back from hotel we stayed in over a week ago. Flight was delayed and arrived late but restaurant and bar closed down at 11pm which was a bit odd.

Pros: Nice clean modern rooms with very comfortable beds.

Stunning hotel, very clean and staff was friendly and very helpful.

Pros: The hotel was stunning, very clean, sleek and well looked after. Close to the beach, decent pools, gym and food was good. The rooms were massive, bathrooms were massive too. My husband loved the fancy toilet that had lots of cleaning options. Close to the beach and a couple of good restaurants, Mr Warm’s food and drink was the best.

Cons: It was slightly out the way of the town, but only a short bike or taxi ride away. There was nothing not to like about the property, was beautiful.

Pros: Great pool and restaurant.Useful shuttle to beach.

Overall we loved our stay and will be back next time around.🇹🇭

Pros: Everything was exceptional. We had our stay for 5 nights. Breakfast was very good with mix of Asian and western touch. We could order lunch and dinner straight to our room. Gym and swimming pool was regularly cleaned and was spotless. 🤙

It was a pleasant stay, and the staff was really nice.

Pros: Very spacious rooms and bathrooms with both shower and bath. 3 large pools all across the hotel. The only problem we had was with the room service, other than that everything was great. They also have different areas, and a quiet big, nicely equipped gym.

Good hotel to stay in Layan beach

Pros: Very beautiful swimming pool, hotel area is well looked after and designed great, rooms are spacious and comfortable, staff is friendly and Beach near by is fantastic!

Cons: Breakfast would be good to have little more fresh fruit and vegetables like avocado, tomatoes, cucumbers.. road to the beach is very busy with cars, passing through can be challenging
