Pros: This is by far one of the best properties in Phuket. It has everything you could ask for stunning views, a private beach, and all the amenities you need. The gym is exceptional, equipped with brandnew machines for fitness enthusiasts. If you want to relax, run, or rest, this place has it all. Plus, having Zuma right inside the property is a huge bonus, bit outskirts but worth it. A true slice of paradise every moment here was worth it, and the staff made sure I felt genuinely cared for.

Beautiful luxurious stay

Pros: Everything luxurious and made for a beautiful stay. Attentive staff . Fantastic spa facilities

Cons: Music in the Zuma restaurant way too loud (DJ) couldn’t hold a conversation.

Pros: Breakfast was good. Staff were fantastic, very friendly. Room was good and amenities were lovely, however it was pricey for what we got (and we didn't even go in peak season!) Public pool was lovely and staff around the pool area were very nice. The restaurants on site were excellent.

Cons: We booked the 2 bedroom pool suite. We assumed the rooms were connected but they were not. This should have been clearly stated, we may have opted for other options e.g. pool villa, which looks far more spacious. There is no direct access to this suite without stairs. This should be clearly mentioned, in case someone with mobility issues decides to book. The closest the buggy can take you is to the staircase. When we asked the hotel to arrange for a local taxi for us, they arranged for a lovely car but it was not a local cab and it was triple the cost of a local cab. The hotel concierge should be able to arrange different options for the guests, especially since the hotel is quite far from many of Phuket's attractions. The gift shop is very overpriced. The hotel gift shop should stock some basic medication in case of emergency. Beach area needs major improvement.

Probably good for a family

Pros: Welcoming staff, amazing breakfast, scenery, sunsets.

Cons: Location – no shops or restaurants besides the hotel ones, far from everything. Kids – a lot of them, public areas are more like a kindergarten with them running, screaming, going crazy and doing all the things kids usually do. Beach – very small, located on the shore of a shallow bay, which at low tide turns into a muddy puddle.

Pros: The perfect place for a truly relaxing and luxurious vacation. The spa is excellent, the food is great, the staff are outstanding, and the resort's facilities are incredible. A special thanks to the staff who made our stay unique and unforgettable. Nahed , Chompoo and Ball

Pros: Staff is attentive during peak hours eg breakfast. Our beach dinner was amazing and the lobster dish was spectacular. The traditional dance performance at the pool and the fire performance by the beach were unexpected and a nice surprise. The complimentary basic boxing by the beach is a must-try!

Cons: Sometimes, it’s a little hard to get the attention of beach staff during off peak hours. While our beach dinner was amazing, my husband wasn’t impressed with the table decoration as it was for my birthday.
