They did something that no other hotel does!

Pros: Everything! The villas, the views and the facilities... and the staff was so friendly and fast. The airport pick up and drop off was amazing. And the hotel did something which is so rare and beautiful... our flight back was at 7pm so the night before i found a letter saying that they are offering us a late check out till 5pm (without even asking)... most other hotels make you feel bad for asking or try to take the opportunity to impose extra charges! This was incredible.

Cons: The hotel is a bit far from the key main attractions but it is great for people who want to be in a secluded luxury resort.

Pros: We like Trisara very much. Only inconvenient is the beach . We can’t go swim but that’s ok for us

Cons: This time unfortunately we have to complain about the food. The plates from restaurant ( not the French) was not good as usually excellent . We come to Trisara also for the food this time was not good. We can see ,there is a new Chef .

Cons: Lack of halal food varieties Food varieties need to add international foods that suit visitors One night we had heavy rain and winds and granite fell on my family, unfortunately the resort did not contact us and did not check on our safety.

Amazing

Pros: Everything from A to Z was amazing. The hotel itself was excellent, but I must admit the best part of the hotel was the professionalism and care of the staff.
