Very enjoyable.

Pros: The location was good , lots of restaurants and markets close by . Would have to be the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed , absolutely spotless. Very friendly, helpful staff .

Cons: We had a room facing the road . A lot of noise from traffic .

Pros: The location was perfect right near shops and the beach. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The room was exceptionally clean everyday. Nothing we didn’t like about our stay, we would have loved to stay longer.

An enjoyable stay in a well-located accommodation in Kata.

Pros: I loved how clean the accommodation was and how modern the rooms felt. The location was perfect right in the heart of Kata’s culture. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming.

Pros: New, clean, quiet hotel. Friendly staff. Excellent location, big 7eleven nearby. You could also rent a scooter from the hotel for a good price. I recommend!

The perfect spot to stay in Kata Beach, checking all the boxes!

Pros: It’s a GREAT place to stay as it’s outstanding most facilities on all important points; it’s clean, has a balcony, great water pressure in the shower, it’s pretty silent inside… and on top of all that, the staff is kind and will take very good care. Specifically the receptionist will give you advise, support and care. You can easily get a beach towel, it’s a short walk to the beach, 7 eleven close by (also new and large), it’s close to a great food market too. Across the street, Dome Restaurant will provide you with breakfast and great cappuccino’s!

Budget friendly for Kata Beach!

Best customer service I have ever experienced

Pros: Staff are amazing. So polite and respectful. Hotel super clean and lots of water left in the room. It is easily the best customer service I have received at any hotel I have ever stayed at.

Pros: Lovely hotel with a very clean and spacious room. Plenty of storage space, good lighting, comfortable beds, and a nice bathroom. The balcony is a great addition, perfect for relaxing and also convenient for drying clothes on the built-in drying rack. The owner and the staff are incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready to help with anything you need. Water, coffee, and tea, as well as a microwave in the lobby, are great little extras that made our stay even more comfortable.

Cons: Only minor inconveniences such as the lack of an elevator (we stayed on the 4th floor) and a bit of a walk to the beach. Other than that, everything was great and we would highly recommend this place.
