Perfect to enjoy Phuket!

Pros: Perfect location, close to everything: food, restaurants of any kind, beach, market. The entire staff is professional and more importantly is happy to help you if you have any requests. I enjoyed my stay there!

Pros: Being in the off season,the restaurant was not running to full capacity but there was an adequate selection on offer.

Good hotel close to amenities and beach, friendly staff and good value for money.

Pros: Well appointed rooms with decent internet connection and TV variety. Comfortable beds. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Cons: The pool is a bit tired and has lots of missing tiles and 'scum' around the walls at water line. I was there for 10 days on this visit (and have stayed there 7 times in total) and these aspects don't seem to have been addressed at all

Perfect stay

Pros: Ideally well located, The hotel is far enough from the center in order to be quite (5mn by walk) and close enough in order to be quickly in the nightlife and for the restaurants. The beach is 15/20mn by walk and the way to reach it is very easy. All the staff is very kind and very helpfull
