Nice hotel in a good position

Pros: Good position and nice room. Balcony over looking the street.

Cons: No elevator, but ok no real problem.

Pros: Very clean. Very good for it’s price. Not so far from the beach.

Pros: Nice spacious rooms with all you need (fridge, safe for valuables etc) and comfortable bed

Cons: The street outside is quite noisy so not ideal for sitting on the balcony but with the door closed it did not bother me

Pros: the apartment was very clean, the service was very nice. The best value for money we have found in Phuket

Pros: Excellent location with lots of shops, markets, massage shops, bars and restaurants down the street. If you are mobile you can walk to either Kata or Karon beach in around 20mins with plenty to see on the way. A taxi to the crazy Bangla road is about 25mins. The room was really big, plenty of space for suitcases etc. Having a balcony was a nice extra for the price. It was clean enough but not spotless. The facilities are not amazing but for the price you are paying, there was nothing to complain about. The two owners are doing a fantastic job running not just the hotel but also a shop, travel agent, and laundry downstairs!

Cons: There is no 24/7 reception which is fine, but the front door is left open to anyone all night which feels slightly unsafe. The mattress is very firm, verging on hard. I was looking forward to having a beer on the balcony and watching the world below, but as I was at the back of the hotel the view was of another building but I guess that's just luck of the draw! They do not clean the room every day which is fine, however because in Thailand you have to put toilet paper in the bin - I think the bathroom bin should be emptied each day.

Pros: Отличное соотношение цены и качества. Очень удобное расположение: до пляжа Ката всего 10 минут пешком, а до Карона — 15 минут. В непосредственной близости ночной рынок, множество кафе, магазин 7 Eleven, фруктовые лавки, массажные салоны и т.д. Персонал дружелюбный и приветственный. В номере было чисто, убирались часто.

Pros: Все обслуживание на высшем уровне! Очень чисто, идеально! Спасибо огромное!

Pros: Отличный бюджетный отель, третий раз останавливаюсь. Белье белоснежное, чисто, только кровать жесткая. Расположение идеальное.

Pros: L'hotel est tres bien situé, non loin du centre-ville et de la plage où nous pouvons nous y rendre à pieds. Beaucoup de commerces à proximité Le personnel est disponible et répond totalement a nos attentes et nos questionnements.

Cons: L'hotel ne propose pas de petit-déjeuner

Essenziale ed in ottima posizione

Pros: 1) La proprietaria è una persona educata e disponibile; 2) La camera e il bagno sono spaziosi 3) il letto era comodo 4) balcone con tavolo e sedie 5) ottima posizione

Cons: Non lo valuto con 10 perché la camera è un pò vecchiotta, la porta non si apriva bene e poi purtroppo la stanza affaccia, come accade molte volte in Thailandia, di fronte ad altra struttura quindi hai il cemento armato come veduta principale
