Pros: Positioning to Kata night market. Great energy around the area. There was always something on in the bar. Lots of games for families to sit and play whilst having a drink.

Pros: Stayed here and it's a wonderful, cozy little guest house right in the middle of Kata Walking Market. It's really good value and the owner is lovely. The cocktails are highly recommended. The steps are steep but I would stay there again if I was in Kata. The beach is just a nice stroll away. Highly recommended

Sue Cozy a great place to stay.

Pros: Everything was spotlessly clean and the owner Fon was extremely pleasant and helpful from her initial warm welcome and throughout our 14 night stay.The bar area is indeed very cozy and comfortable with lots of board games to play,Several TV'S with good international sports coverage.The bar having an open frontage to the vibrant walking street so a great atmosphere.

Cons: There was nothing disliked.I read all the reviews prior to booking and overall it actually exceeded our expectations.

Wonderful

Pros: Very nice Guesthouse with big clean rooms . Lovely sports bar downstairs with 3 TVs beers and cocktails. Sayfon made a great full English breakfast . Outside was the kata street food market so many restaurants bars and 7-11 near by . Would definitely stay again .

Great little hotel in Kata Beach

Pros: Cosy, laid back little hotel located on the small roadway behind the night market right in the heart of Kata Beach. We had a great stay here, the staff were friendly, room was very clean and we had a great time people watching from our balcony above the night market. Tem minutes walk to Kata Beach and lots of food options available at the night market.
