Pros: The staff is amazing, they are so kind and help you with everything.

Pros: Hand a great time in resort 9 but could have happily stayed longer. Shower, bathroom facilities top class. Pool lovely and decent size, bigger than appears. Direct sun limited to 3/4 hours in the morning but glass covered area was comfortable. Beds great, air-conditioned throughout. Lots of coffee and tea. Overall, not cheap but good value for money.

A cool and comfortable retreat from the heat of Phuket. Clean, with friendly staff.

Pros: Gorgeous pool and well appointed apartment. Very well suited to a family. Friendly and helpful staff.

Cons: Too far from the beach and the walk was long and unsafe on the road with children. Would recommend taking a ride share service. The shower was horrible! We had to pay an extra $100AUD for electricity for a 4 day stay. Not a lot, but it’s good to know.

Amazing stay in an outstanding villa

Pros: It has a quiet location and is not far from the beach. We felt privacy despite the fact that there are other villas in the complex. The decoration and impeccable maintenance of the villa were also impressive.

Cons: The price of electricity is extremely high; however, I am not sure about its average price in Phuket. I agree that charging the electricity is a way to oblige guests to use it carefully, but it should be charged above a defined reasonable consumption, not in full.

Relaxing, clean, and not far from the beach

Pros: Very clean property! staff was very friendly. pool was always super clean and it was a bonus to have a salt water pool. Beds and furniture were comfy. Great to have nice smart tvs in each room. Very private.

Cons: Air conditioner filters were dirty and needed changing. Whatsapp responses werent always right away but for the most part, it was handy during the stay. The electric bill was pricier than we expected.

Pros: The accommodation is very good, the house is large, new and kept in an impeccable state of cleanliness. Without a doubt, the best thing about the stay was the service that Alam offered us, the guy who maintains the villas, he is always attentive to everything, he is super decisive with anything that may arise, and without a doubt a great person and great support during our stay. stay in Phuket. His service and manner and kindness are undoubtedly the reason why whenever I travel to Phuket, I will stay at this villa again.
