Pros: Clean room, nice cozy hotel with everything. This apartment was managed by a private host, but communication worked smoothly. We didn't really use the pool area because the deck chairs were quite uncomfortable. Pool towels, a bottle of water and small toiletries and a hairdryer were available. Restaurants and the evening market are a short distance away. Had to walk a little further to the beach, but it was a good morning jog. 👍🏽 Thanks again!

Prime location

Pros: Location was walking distance from the beach. Close to many local markets and had plenty of food choices around.

Cons: Check in process. Although smooth after the fact, it was ambiguous until we got to the property. Everything else was good.

Great stay, pretty basic but still very nice. We would stay there again.

Pros: We loved the location. Easy to get to the beach and very walkable and safe. We enjoyed the pool area, too. The room was good, nice little balcony area, a safe and enough room to enjoy it.

Cons: The room we stayed in was actually a privately owned condo so there were limitations. The owner wanted us to use WhatsApp to communicate, but I am not very good with that. We messaged many times and did not receive a response at all. I was beginning to think it was a scam, it wasn’t and everything turned out fine. It would have been nice if he had just messaged back saying he had received our contact information and would get the check in information to us a few days before our check in. The room we had overlooked the roof of the restaurant which was fine with us because it was private but most people wouldn’t have liked that. We were allowed to use the facilities like the pool, but didn’t receive the daily cleaning, water, toilet paper, etc. We were allowed one free cleaning during our stay but didn’t get to choose the day. They do have a breakfast area which was nice, but was not included but could get for 300 baht. We are pretty easy going travelers, so we really did enjoy our stay and it was much cheaper than the other rooms through this resort. We would definitely stay there again.

Pros: Огромное спасибо Денису. Всегда на связи, быстро все вопросы разрешал. Месторасположение отличное. Всё рядом- ночной рынок, два пляжа- Ката и любимый Карон чуть подальше 1,4 км ( засекали). Хороший бассейн с недорогими и вкусными коктелями. И самое главное!!! Такого ни разу не видела в Тайланде - это встроенный кондиционер и общая система вентиляции в зоне прихожей.т. е кондиционер на кровать не дует, что боооольшая редкость в Тайланде. Вечно простываешь от него. Так же хочу отметить отличную звукоизоляцию, никого совсем не слышно.

Cons: Номер несмотря на то, что в принципе сделан косметический ремонт - , стены свежевыкрашены, но всё равно слегка уставший. Т. К. Этот конкретный номер видимо частный, то бельё и уборка за свой счёт. Но всё это мелочи по сравнению с правильным кондиционером

Pros: Bardzo polecam ten hotel. Super lokalizacja i niska cena. Właściciel reaguje błyskawicznie na wszystkie pytania. Śniadanie można dokupić w hotelu lub zjeść w knajpie obok. Widok z pokoju na 4 piętrze jest bardzo ładny.
