Great location

Pros: We loved the location - down the road from Kata walking street market and the beach.

Cons: Does not have a great pool area, but fortunately it's close to the beach.

Nice stay in Kata area. Big bedroom and good price/quality.

Pros: Big bedroom with AC (must be working everytime you are in the bedroom, otherwise is too hot). Good price/quality

Cons: Too many mosquitos. Pool could be cleaner.

Fabulous stay

Pros: Clean , large room, comfy bed , swimming pool a real bonus and quiet location that was really close to bars, restaurants and the night market

Would recommend and would stay again

Pros: The location is pretty good, only a short walk to the night markets which was great and it’s located in a quiet area, room was perfect for us, loved the fact it was more homey than staying in a hotel.

Cons: Nothing really, maybe a new shower would be good, and a new shower drain plug, shower kept filling up when showering so you just take it off then it works fine, other than that the stay was perfect.
