Pros: Many thanks to the hotel staff! They helped with practical issues. We packed a very good breakfast with us when we had to leave early before breakfast. Cleaning and towel change are available on request and quickly. Bottled water every day. Clean territory.

Cons: It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the sea, but it wasn't a problem for us.

Amazing staff, location, price and rooms.

Pros: Villa were spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were amazing. Very helpful in so many ways. They helped me contact my airline as my case was lost, they spoke with the airport, located the case and organise a taxi to collect and bring to our hotel. Super grateful. Nothing was too much. We requested different items for breaky and they were made. We asked for a packed breaky for an early tour pickup and we recieved. They decorated the room and had a cake made on arrival for our friends birthday. Will stay again!!

Particularly in the villa option, a very nice relaxed stay in roomy accommodation

Pros: I was in one of the larger rooms. I have stayed here multiple times in different room types, all have been good. Very pleasant staff and owners. For my taste the breakfast was very good with a range of options. The pool area is nice and was not busy while we were there. There are some renovations on the go, but no great inconvenience and nice that the property is being maintained/improved. Rooms are serviced daily if you want. I thought it was good value for this area.

Fabulous holiday-I will go again when possible.

Pros: The view from my first room balcony, the breakfasts were good. The staff were really lovely, and efficient. The garden was beautiful, with lovely birds and flowers. The pool and surroundingswerevery nice. The location. The helpful staff asking my noisy neighbours to be quieter. And easily changing my room when I requested to. I felt looked after.

Cons: The matress in my first ( budget) room was too hard. But cozy villa matress was perfect. Stairs to 1st floor very slippery when raining. The villa was really nice.

Nice hotel near Kata Beach

Pros: I stayed in one of the smallest rooms. It was perfect for me as a solo traveler. It included 2 bottles of water, beach towel, kettle, coffee, tea and free breakfast!! It was 15 min walk to the Beach and 10 min walk to the night market. Great and safe location. The pool was reñaxing

Cons: A chair and a full size mirror would have been nice to have.
