Great value in a perfect location

Pros: Great value for money. Clean, basic and great location for the beach and nightlife. Nice clean towels. Everything required for a short stay by the beach.

Cons: Had a noisy technical truck parked outside for one night. Otherwise the road noise is tolerable.

Great location, good value for money and even better staff.

Pros: Had a fantastic stay with Marao. The property was exactly what I was looking for. Clean, comfortable, good AC, great WiFi and desk to work at.... and great value for money. It's very close to the beach, shops, 7/11 and Pharmacy...and for me it was great that it's almost next door to the Hot Yoga. The rooms are clean and simple, with everything I need, it's a GuestHouse so I wasn't expecting luxury, but it exceeded by expectations. Great location for the beach, yoga and the shops, would definitely recommend.

Cons: Mauro is a great host, and that helps a lot on the fact, that Phuket Kata is a expensive city to rent rooms in. With the location, good roomservice with water and Mauro as host, the price was okay.

Pros: The power of the place is about the people who run the hotel and have to say Mauro is the most amazing guest host which I have ever met. He made me feel so welcome and always was eager to help or answer my questions or have lovely chats. One of the best at low cost, great atmosphere and a great location (only 2 mins walking distance from the beach, local shops and restaurants). Fully recommend it 😁
