Pros: My wife and I stayed 4 nights in Sugar Ohana. We are really happy we booked this place beacause we felt we needed a clean, cool, quality shelter when the busy, hot, noisy streets of Phuket became too much and we just wanted to get away rom it afret a long day and relax. Breakfast was nice, check in and check out was easy, the room was spacious, clean and quiet. The whole athomsphere of Ohana is closer to western style wich was a big positive for us. You step out of the door and you are instantly in the middle of it all, a seven eleven on the left, a massage parlor on the right. You step in, and you are home.

Exceptional. Loved it!
Pros: Staff was simply amazing and super available, also helped to book transfer to the airport. Breakfast exceeded our expectation! They make you choose from a menu and specifically prepare your breakfast dish and drink, with an additional small buffet on the side. Rooms were new and felt clean. Simply loved this property! The whole vibe was great! Elevator not available (clearly stated on property information), but staff helps you carry your luggage to your room. Thank you for everything!!!

Very lovely hotel near Kata Beach, a quiet and calm area in the south of Phuket
Pros: Very lovely hotel near Kata beach. The staff is friendly, facilities are clean and it is close to seafront as well. I would definitely recommend this hotel!
Cons: Nothing to report on that side. Only thing is that we booked a room with two twin bed but we ended up having one big bed. I was with a close friends so we did not mind sharing the bed, no big deal.

Amazing staff, great breakfast, comfortable bed in a very convenient location
Pros: Staff were helpful, very friendly and efficient. Breakfast was delicious with many options available and the bed was super comfortable. Location was central, everything you could need close by and my room was quiet- despite being so close to the action.

Pros: Excellent location close to the beach, next door to a 7/11, a short walk from many bars and restaurants. The staff were lovely and very eager to help with anything at all. The room was lovely and clean. Lots of choice for breakfast each morning, both cooked and fresh. Staff offered to make up breakfast early on days we were going out on trips. As lots of other reviews state, there were lots of steps up to our room, however staff very kindly carried our bags up to our room so we didn’t have to struggle with them ourselves. Staff booked us a taxi from the hotel to the airport and provided a bag of snacks for breakfast since we were leaving very early in the morning.
Cons: The only negative about the room is that the shower took a long time to drain and when on full power the water leaked out under the glass screen and onto the floor around the sink. Also no screen between the shower and the toilet so the toilet got wet when the shower was on.

Pros: We spent almost a week at Sugar Ohana and had a great time. The location is excellent—very convenient for getting around and close to everything we needed. What really stood out was the staff- extremely responsive, helpful, and always ready to assist with any request. Overall, a comfortable stay in a perfect location, and we would happily return.

Pros: Fantastic staff, cleanliness, very good breakfast. Excellent massage parlor adjacent to the hostel- very clean. One voucher of 20% off the massage pruce for stays over 3 nights.

Amazing
Pros: Very nice small hotel on the main street of Kata. Staff is extremely welcoming, they even checked us in at 7 am, which was great after a long flight. Rooms are cozy and very clean, comfy bed. Breakfast is good. It is great value for money.
Cons: There is no elevator and stairs are quite steep, which can be a problem for people with mobility issues.

Such a great place to stay
Pros: The location was great The staff were suuuper cute and friendly I loved that our check-out was at noon, so I didn't have to rush in the morning I could also leave the luggage because mu flight was in the evening
