Great room and service near the beach

Pros: Nearly everything great Including TV with Netflix Terrace Nice room and bathroom AC Personnel really nice and helpful The location

Cons: Pillows too high/hard for me View isnt excellent but I guess the trade off is the location

Very nice, friendly, cosy hotel

Pros: Very nice, small hotel! Only 6 rooms (?), giving you a personal, safe feel. Quite basic (bed, table, shelves), large fridge! Clean, nice balcony, we had a cat visiting us over the fence 😸. Water kettle, Nespresso machine, fresh glasses, plastic cutlery and bowls, and books on the patio. We really enjoyed staying there.

Cons: The Ta restaurant has an extremely loud kitchen extractor fan with a whistle noise on the same floor :-( It stops before 10pm, so the night is quiet. But it would be so easy to change the duct so it doesn't make that noise... You should really talk to your neighbor. That noise can be heard from the main street!

Top location

Pros: Location was great, very close to Kata Noi Beach and the restaurants and shops. Kata Noi Beach is not yet as crowded as Kata Beach. Airco was appreciated as well as the fridge and the nice shower.

Everything in the room worked.

Pros: Close to the best beach, clean, they have a fridge and 2 bottles of water/ tea

Cons: I'm afraid to go to the beach with keys and nowhere to hide them

Great place to stay

Pros: Great location, really close from the beach, near local restaurants and a coffee shop for breakfast. Really quiet. Our room looked new with a big bathroom and a massive wardrobe. The facilities are great with a shared balcony with coffee machine and kettle. The receptionist is super nice and welcoming. Thank you again. Khop khun kha.

Owner clearly takes a lot of pride here! Lovely!

Pros: The owner is truly wonderful, she put flowers in our room for our honeymoon and made it feel so special, she always had a beaming smile and has really put her heart into this place. She organised for her husband did our airport taxi run for us as well. The tea/coffee stations were great. The shower was powerful and hot. Close to restaurants and beach.

Cons: Not as much a problem with the property, but the other people staying there, they had their children running around in the halls and shouting until 2-3am every day. Also Kata Noi in general wasn’t my cup of tea.

Good friendly budget choice.

Pros: Tucked away between restaurants down a side street, this is a modest, but comfortable and very relaxed property, a few rooms over a nice coffee bar, and close to the beach. Very clean, simple room with an excellent shower and AC, this is a good budget choice. The Blue Shark restaurant next door was a nice place for lunch.

Pros: The location is great, everything is in a good working condition. The hostess is friendly and helpful. Did not have any problems at all.

A very simple and affordable place to stay in Kata Noi.

Pros: the fact that it’s calm, 3 min to the beach and close to some good restaurants and a breakfast place.

Cons: we expected a private balcony, but I’m fact it’s accessible to anyone. After they asked people to leave the balcony, it was only ours, but still, it’s not cool and you should mention that it’s not private if you haven’t yet.

A basic yet clean room (with a great tv!) Good value for money

Pros: A simple hotel but good if you’re on a budget. Bathroom was spotlessly clean!
