Very Nice to stay

Pros: Very spacious, clean and comfortabel. Close to Rawai beach and it has a nice pool.

Cons: In the morning it got pretty light in de bedroom, because the curtans didn’t cover the whole Windows.

Pros: I stayed here for about a week and found it to be a good place for a short-term stay (1–2 weeks). The location is very convenient—there’s a 7-Eleven nearby and plenty of cafes within walking distance. The price is excellent for what you get.

Cons: The furniture is a bit old and would benefit from being updated to give the place a fresher feel. Also, the kitchen equipment is quite minimal—fine for simple meals, but not ideal if you plan to cook more extensively.

Pros: Great location for a relaxing getaway in phuket , walk across the road, hop on a boat, and you're in one of the gorgeous islands 🏝! The bed was super comfy 👌

Cons: Our particular unit had a unpleasant smell in the bathroom 🚻, I know it can be common in Asia, but still unpleasant in a small room , the host provided air freshener which helped !

Pros: The rooms were clinically clean, well maintained pool , 7 eleven and Tops daily a walk away and the host Jub was quite friendly and helpful . Will definitely stay here next time were in Rawai !

Cons: Nothing really !

Pros: Great location. Right on the front with lots of bars and restaurants within a few minutes. Very nice host. Will definitely use again 😸

If I ever go back to Rawai, I'd stay in this place again

Pros: The location is very good as there are a lot of cafes nearby, the seafood market is also very close, 7/11 is within walking distance (5 minutes on foot). The swimming pool is very spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the interior design was pretty as well. We loved that part of the island and we really liked the apartment too!

Cons: It was not exceptionally clean, some things did not work or function properly (like there was a small problem with a kettle and one of two TV remote controllers was missing batteries, etc), but in general it was still very good and we enjoyed our stay a lot.

A perfect Holiday

Pros: No breakfast not included but 7 eleven stores within 5 mins walk and open 24 hours, prices a lot cheaper than the UK

Cons: The flat was spotless and the staff at Tittle were great, the location was 3 mins walk from the beach, the locals were very helpful and friendly. Rawai Beach in Phuket has got to be a Jewel in the Crown of THAILAND. You have the sea food market about 10 mins away where you buy your sea food and across the road the Restaurant will cook it for you.we had twelve giant prawns and all the trimmings for 1300 baht which is about £30 or $35 for a 5 star meal for two.

Great budget value place with great location

Pros: Clean and well positioned condo - hosts also great. Its a budget range room, and on this basis it was excellent value.
