Pros: Lou was very efficient and communicative with the correspondence prior to our arrival. When we arrived at the villa, he was there to greet us and went out of his way to help us settle in. Lou speaks perfect English and was a pleasure to meet. We asked him to organise a few things for us, which he willingly did. The villa is right on the beach and is also beautiful. We were really happy with our stay there and fully recommend it.

Cons: I was told that staff before cleaning would ask preferred time, but they used to come every day when we were having a breakfast and it was not comfortable
