Pros: This was an excellent experience The people and the cleaning staff could not do enough for me I would recommend this apartment for any one to stay

Pros: This is an amazing place to stay. Directly overlooking the Andaman Sea Consequently THIS APARTMENT is the best as we were not overlooked. Great nights sleep always. Good kitchen facilities Excellent a/c We have booked to return in December this year. Speaks volumes. Swimming pool 🏊 very good. Nong the agent great as we never waited for a response. Charming lady. Two TV’s NO COMPLAINTS

Amazing value, perfect apartment and host and will be staying there again

Pros: Property was immaculate and exactly as pictured on site. Bed very comfortable and slept well every night. Secure parking for moped. Location superb, less than 10 min moped ride to Nai Harn and less than that to Yanui beach and 5 min walk to beach front bars on Rawai beach. Spacious balcony with view of Rawai beach. Nong, the host, absolutely superb giving detailed instructions to get there and ensured cleaner waiting for me for late check in. Easy and quick check in and Nong kindly left some cold beers in the fridge for me as a welcome! Room cleaned daily with fresh bath towels and beach towels. Two bottles of complimentary water each day as well. Fantastic value for money and can’t wait to stay there again.

Cons: The only slight downside which is nothing to do with the host was the room next to me smoked cannabis all day and night and the smell was constant despite signs saying in complex smoking it there was not permitted.

Pros: Staff were very helpful and kind. The appartment was lovely and very clean.

Great apartment in Rawai

Pros: This was a great place to stay on a budget. I really liked the location, and the apartment was cleaned well on a daily basis.

Cons: It was kind of difficult to find, but in hindsight, I should have called/messaged rather than tried to ask the security man.

Great location, rooms are clean and spacious, staff very friendly too, highly recommend!

Pros: Great location right on the beach, reasonable price, convenient for all shops, restaurants, bars in Rawai Rooms were clean and pools were all clean and lovely with trees and water features around, staff very friendly and welcoming too. Shower in the bathroom is lovely and powerful too and beds very comfortable (mattress quite hard how we like them)

Cons: Slightly higher price than other hotels in area but worth it for us, was ideal for what we were looking for

Pros: Loved the pool, apartment and location! Apartment had everything you need, super clean and well looked after and the pool was lovely. Great location with so many restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Love this area of Rawai too!

Pros: Beautiful location and very clean. Awesome value and wanted to extend but the room was already booked for the weekend.

Pros: Big room with kitchen. Very confortable mattress ( the first one in one month in thailand) All clean, well equipped ( fridge, toaster, water boiler) with balcony straight next to the pool ( one of the 5 pools of the structure) Lots of russian long time guest with kids. There is a free gym.

Cons: There is almost no staff, no lobby, no check out. But not a big issue.
