The Title Boutique Phuket

Pros: Very nice and clean place! Owner was fantastic and so easy to collect and drop off keys! Flat was top floor away from the pool so was nice and quiet! Plenty of parking! Close to bars and restaurants! We were very impressed for the value of money to stay there! Highly recommended and would most definitely stay there again!

Pros: It’s very well located and has a nice swimming pool.

Cons: Be aware it’s more like a room rental. Not an hotel. So no breakfast on site but great options very close. The concierge / lobby service is non existent, most of them don’t even speak English. Be aware also that it’s in a development / area of Phuket which is kind of a Russian colony. So if you want diversity look somewhere else.

Great location and comfortable room

Pros: Great room, exceptionally clean, kitchen, 2 TV's. Minimal amount of kitchen equipment.

Cons: Old TV's, not smart TV's. Shower head felt like pins hitting your skin.

Pros: The location was perfect- right opposite the beach. The vintage apartment was beautiful & the staff were fantastic!

Relaxing Stay At Rawai

Pros: We had a truly wonderful stay at The Title Boutique Phuket. The location is absolutely ideal — just metres away from a vibrant selection of shops, restaurants, and the beach where you can catch boats to explore the surrounding islands. Despite being on a main road, the accommodation offers a peaceful and quiet retreat, perfect for unwinding. The hosts were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The pool area was serene and beautifully maintained — a perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun. Everything we needed was easily accessible, and the accommodation's setting made it effortless to enjoy the best of the area. A fantastic place to relax, recharge, and enjoy the beauty of the island. We would definitely stay here again!

Cons: If we’re being very picky, the bed was a little too soft for our personal preference, and the sofa in the living area could be more comfortable or updated, but these were minor details in an otherwise delightful stay.

great home away from home

Pros: after traveling for a month, it was great to have an apartment with a kitchen while still having the comfort off a hotel like a pool, a sauna, and cleaning services. staff were very helpful to set up the sauna and I had it all to myself along with a big pool.

Cons: there is no gym although it is advertised. they should remove the photos of it. I also had to pay a 500 baht deposit that was returned before leaving. Rawai beach is not the best. It's really more for boats than for swimming or hanging out. Rawai is a great area though.

Pros: Nice location. Facilities are absolutely appropriated for both leisure and working remotely.
