Renovated apartment in The Title Phase I

Pros: A very convenient location. Although Rawai itself isn't suitable for swimming, there are many beaches nearby that are within walking distance. Each has its own unique charm. There are shops, fruit stalls, and restaurants of varying quality nearby. Phuket Town itself is also very close. Cozy apartments in a quiet condo on the ground floor. Staff cleans every three days. The apartments are well-maintained and have all the necessary furniture for both relaxation and work. The apartment can comfortably accommodate four people (sofa bed + bed). The owner is very friendly and always ready to help, speaking English and Russian.

Enjoyed our stay , great location, the apartment is very secure with 24 hrs security protection.

Pros: The apartment is located in perfect location, right in the central of Rawai. Walking distance to restaurant and the beach. The apartment is very clean and the bathroom is big and new. The apartment has 2 air contwhich in good on hot days. Overall we enjoyed our stays and communication to the host is easy.

Cons: We arrived late, there are 5 buildings around the block , it is hard to find the right one without the maps. I think the host should provide the maps to the lobby and the apartment.

Fantastic little apartment in an unbeatable location

Pros: This is a really nice little apartment in a fantastic location. It has been renovated to a high standard and is comfortable and clean. It was serviced regularly during our stay. Aircon was great and there was a washing machine so we could travel a little lighter. The pool is really beautiful and was certainly very quiet during our stay - often having it to ourselves. The apartment is secure, quiet and safe. Wifi was fast and reliable. There are supermarkets, restaurants and everything you would want on the doorstep. The sofa bed was very comfortable for our 10 year old. Review says I was solo but we were 2 adults and 1 child, and it worked well for our needs.

Cons: Very little to fault. Finding the right reception (there are several phases to the Title development) was difficult late at night and since booking.com arranged the transfer the driver was little help. I was in Whatsapp contact with Eugene and also knew someone locally so found it eventually. Eugene took the feedback very gratefully and is amending the listing to be a bit more specific. What 3 words for the location of the reception is uneconomic.intents.riper

Pros: Condo itself is right on the seas side. Walking distance to wet market, supermarkets and few restaurants.

Pros: Чисто, без насекомых и комаров. Хорошее расположение. В апартаментах есть все необходимое . Единственное ,насчёт пляжа ,его нет. Я бы назвала его скорее всего причал для лодок и набережная для прогулок. Ближайших пляж в 2,5 км. Хозяин очень вежливый и приятный в общении . Рекомендую.

Super séjour

Pros: Appartement très bien équipé avec un bon emplacement.Il y a tout ce qu’il faut en sortant de l appartement Propriétaire a l écoute et réactif si vous avez un problème

Cons: Seul petit bémol mais c est une question de goût personnel matelas du lit très dur en tout cas pour moi
