Had an amazing stay Would definitely come again if I could

Pros: Very cute one bedroom apartment. Tv in living and bedroom. Nice bathroom. Great location with 7 eleven just next door and lots of lovely restaurants in the same street. Loved Karon beach because there’s lots of restaurants etc in Karon. But Nai harn is a beautiful beach just around 5 minutes drive from the apartment.

Cons: Nothing to complain about

Great place to stay!

Pros: You get what you see, honestly! Great, spacious apparent well equipped-the kitchen had all the basics, there was even a washing machine (with detergent incl.) on the balcony. Three well maintained swimming pools - which were never crowded and you will always get a sun chair. There is large 7-eleven right next to the property or bigger grocery shop just 8min walk as well as a lot of small restaurants and massage studios.

Cons: This is not a fault of the property but it was my first time in Rawai beach and so I was not familiar with the area and I was perhaps expecting that the actual beach for swim will be closer (there is a beach right in front of the property however it is more for the boats and it is along side the main road). You still have 3 swimming pools available however if you are looking for a place by the beach where you could sunbathe after this is not the case.

Pros: The surroundings gardens were well maintained & the complex was calm & relaxing.

Pros: Удачное расположение, рядом есть всё что нужно) Нам понравилось, что если нет ключа, то на территория не зайдешь. Чистые бассейны.

Pros: Хорошая квартира в Тайтле. Угловая, но вид на бассейн есть. 7/11 за углом, рестораны, массажные салоны в 2 минутах пешком, до Най Харна и Януи 10 минут на такси.

Cons: Были сложности с сейфом, но его заменили. Мне маловато посуды и не заточены ножи, но это явно придирки.

Pros: Appartement moderne confortable et propre avec vue sur la piscine très calme, la machine a laver un vrai plus, je suis arrivée tard vers 22h00 et j'ai pu récupérer les clefs moi même avec les instructions envoyés

Cons: Il y'avait 1 coffre que j'ai pas vu jusqu'àu jour de mon départ caché en bas du placard, c'est dommage qu'il y'a pas de dosettes de café et sucre comme dans beaucoup d'hôtels et appartements en Thaïlande.

Pros: Удобное расположение. Сам комплекс Condo - весьма приятный и ухоженный. Кондо чистый и удобный. Были все необходимые вещи для приготовления пищи.

Worth every baht

Pros: The host lady Aum was super friendly and helped with every question. Swimming pools are very beautiful. Security is always there. 7/11 is just next to the complex, also cafes and the beach. Not noisy. There was a washing machine in the room which is cool for Thailand. Water pressure is good

Cons: The gym is pretty small. Water temperature in the shower at times fluctuated dramatically
