Relax in Rawai

Pros: Rawai a great quiet province in Phuket. I like being away from the hustle and bustle of busy parts, and Rawai is amazing, as well as still offering everything i needed, from great foodies, experiences, and general shopping. Also, it's only a 20min scooter ride to Kata and Kamala Beaches. The one bed apartment was ok for one to 2 people, but not a lot of room to sit and enjoy the space, apart from on the bed or little dining table. On the balcony was good. Nice and quiet and i loved the side access gates that take you along the side of the property to the front. BLIC restaurant next door offers residents at The Title 10% off the bill, so that was fabulous. I dined there a few times.

Cons: Loud motorbikes going up and down the main strip. People seem to do it on purpose and it's very annoying when you are there on holidays and enjoying a bit of peace and quiet. But I couldn't hear them from the room, so that was good.

Pros: Its and self catering apartment. Location was good close by 7 eleven, Lotus etc. The bus top was across the road. The unit is inside a very security place.

Cons: For us everything was good. Nice pools, quite and clean

Overall very pleasant stay at this residence.

Pros: Good location. Air conditioner very quite. Tv good. Bed very comfy. Good fridge. Shower good. Good secure safe.

Cons: No toaster. Shower could have had warmer water. Shower and sink drains blocked, needed flushing out. ( pretty straight forward)

Pros: Muy buena comunicación con el propietario. Limpio, bien ubicado, bien equipado. Todo genial. Tiene piscina comunitaria, y en la zona hay varios supermercados. El wifi funcionaba muy bien. Tiene lavadora.

Pros: Das sehr sichere Gelände und die sehr gute Ausstattung des Appartments. Die Appartments sind sehr neu und sehr sauber. Die Waschmaschine hat uns sehr gute Dienste geleistet. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und kommunikativ sehr auskunftsfreudig und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Swimming-Pools sind sehr sauber und ausreichend lang, so dass man hier auch wirklich schwimmen kann.
