Cozy apartment at The Title Rawai by Lofty

Pros: I loved the Title as a location, it's close by to anything that you need and the beach is right across from you always. Loved the ambience and how well the entire property is maintained.

Cons: Just didn't get the swimming pool facing apartment that was mentioned, but it overlooked the parking lot

Pros: A 29 sq m 1 bed condominium in one of the earlier phases of the Title. No longer in pristine condition but still offers comfort and convenience in a fully furnished unit with balcony. Adequate size for two people for a week or so. Has two smart TVs and twin air conditioning units, one each for the integrated lounge/kitchenette and for the bedroom. Ensuite bathroom can be accessed by dual doors. Kitchenette contains a dual electric stovetop, ample bench space, a sink and large refrigerator, microwave and small oven. Enabled several meals to be cooked.

Cons: Kitchen equipment supplied in this particular unit was not very comprehensive - only one small pot, a strainer, yet plenty of cutlery and utensils. Still enough to do a job.

Pros: Located at the heart of Rawai. People woeking at the reception are very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to them🙏

Cons: I would often see roaches in the bathroom which I’m sure is common.
